American Patriotism at an All Time Low and Rising Popularity of Satan

Two different stories from two different news outlets that are telling as to how far America has fallen.

FIRST- Decline in American Values:

According to the poll:

PATRIOTISM, only 38 percent of Americans say it is “very important” to them, down from 61 percent in 2019 and 70 percent in 1998. Thirty-five percent say patriotism is “somewhat important,” and 27 percent say it is “not that important (16 percent) and “not at all important” (11 percent).

RELIGION: While 49 percent of respondents say, “I know God really exists and I have no doubts about it,” only 39 percent say religion is “very important” to them. Like patriotism, religion has seen a precipitous decline in ranking of importance: 62 percent of Americans said religion was “very important” in 1998, a sentiment which tumbled down to 48 percent in 2019 before hitting this year’s low percentage.

SECOND: Satan’s Rising Popularity (very disturbing!)Satan’s popularity is on the rise……”Satan and Satanism are becoming extremely popular. Videos featuring Satan are getting millions of views on TikTok and YouTube, millions of Americans are watching shows that feature Satan as a main character on Netflix and other streaming services, and the Satanic Temple has become one of the fastest growing religious organizations that the United States has ever seen.“

In the old days, maybe a few fringe weirdos would get together for something like that.

And this year’s “SatanCon was completely sold out six weeks in advance. The Satanic Temple is the organization that runs the conference. It was established in 2012, and it now has more than 700,000 registered members…”

I suppose that this information should come as no surprise, but I find it shocking! Keep in mind that I can’t stand to watch TV because its filled with cursing, scenes filled with sex, including homosexuality (that seems to be on the rise, more so than other types), and killing like it’s an everyday, normal thing to happen. And yes, I know that society labels me as “a Jesus Freak, ” or some other title that implies I’m not with it” (that’s a big compliment!). I know that my brothers and sisters here will fully understand why. The same frog in the pot explanation fits perfectly.

And if you look at some of this on Twitter, like I did, you will see all kinds of support for less patriotism, hate and vitriol for any religion, and those in favor of today’s sexuality, straight, un-straight, pedophilia, etc., ad nauseam, support for what our president is doing, hate for conservative views and for Trump (of course), and all I can say is “trust me, it’s disgusting and not worth wasting time on.”

Lord, I just wanna go home!

Be Honest that I want to go HOME now because I have enough and fill up with the satan much liar destroys TRUTH Word of God. More each day go by day that I want to go HOME with the Lord.

I know many Christian feel angry and frustrate with the world gone blind from truth about Jesus was here and still will come (Jesus is with us everday. With no DOUBT).

We haven't lost our patriotism we have a flag on our pole all year long except sometimes it comes down when it rains. We have all red neon lights on the pole to the left of the pole a top wooden rail and bottom rail with all red and all blue neon lights, and white tape lights. ing many people get saved. I keep saying this, but I'm glad I'm getting old and hopefully won't have to see the fall of the U.S... It's coming, nothing will stop it, the U.S. won't be around during the tribulation, or not big enough to amount to anything. Think about how fast this nation was built and became the world's most powerful nation. It did in 200 years what took the Romans 1000 years to build yet learned no lessons from the Roman's fall. Committing the same mistakes, getting too fat, too wealthy, and too lazy to do anything for ourselves anymore, not willing to fight for our future, just handing it over to groups who had zero to do with the founding and the wars fought to keep it. Pitiful really!

Neither have we. Dad and I are both Veterans and ancestors on both sides of the family. Some during the Revolutionary War.

The flag is out all the time, including being lit up at night, except during serious storms, or if the spring melting and freezing makes the ground underneath the flag a serious slip-and-fall hazard to my dog and me when she goes out to pee-and-poo. One of the downspouts empties there and no way to divert it without creating a (much) bigger hazard [sigh]

We pray for the US, Canada, and Israel, our leaders, etc. when we pray before meals.

I put flags on the appropriate family graves for patriotic holidays. The cemetery no longer does it for individual graves because the volunteers stopped during the unmentionable illness. If someone doesn't beat me to it, if/when I get some time in the future (after Dad goes home), I might volunteer to reconstitute/recruit/reorganize volunteers to do this, but it's a very large cemetery, so it takes a bunch. The cemetery does, however remove flags and stores them for future use by families (or volunteers if this gets started again). The cemetery has thousands of flags on-hand

If The Lord tarries and Dad goes home to Him before the Rapture, there will be military honors graveside for him

Even if that means I have to play Taps, etc. myself.
Fortunately, military honors are not yet outlawed, and still pretty available here, so it shouldn't be necessary for me to drag out my uniform, practice bugle, etc.

Dad's funeral and graveside will be overtly and unapologetically Christian

I find it incredible that our country is essentially being ripped apart and demolished because of things that have at their root - out of bounds and even deviant sexual behavior - abortion, fornication, homo, and trans. And God only knows what might be next.
