I got to pass out Our daily bread booklets to people and I also got a chance to witness at a barbershop I frequent. I played a song by Lecrae for a young man and as the song was finished, he was crying. He told me he needed to hear that and I just touched his life and that people backslid from the Lord but they come back. There is hope for him.

Thanks for sharing your testimony of taking Christ to the lost. Posts in the evangelism forum always stir up my insides and lead me to pray for opportunities .

There are several good verses when you search the word "stir", but I like Hebrews 10:24.
"And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works."

May I also AMEN! It is touching to have someone actually open themselves up like that! The blessings go all the way around-to you for seeing fruit in witnessing, to us for being able to praise in new brethren, and to the young man, for now taking that faith to his friends/family and Jesus is being honored! I know that from experience and also that God loves all His prodigal children and wants them to come home....
