Jesus is The Way, The Truth and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through him. To choose him all you have to do is sincerely repent of (say you're sorry for) your sin (the bad stuff you've done) and ask him to forgive you and welcome you into his Kingdom. He will. He hears your every thought so if praying out loud is a little scary to you do it in your head and he'll hear you. God Bless.
