Pre-pando I lost 25 pounds (very slowly, over 2.5 years) and now need to lose it again. :rolleyes: I eat my main meal before lunchtime, try to avoid eating in the evenings, and avoid processed foods as much as possible. Low carb, more water, more seafood and eggs.
