The Writing on the Wall Is Truth!

As the days go by the born-again believers across the world, endeavor to spread the “Good News” of the Lord God, and salvation for eternity through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. And to that end we must realize that Jesus Christ is ALIVE in heaven right now. For others who believe differently, Jesus is NOT on the cross.
That was a covenant between Man and God cemented in the death and blood of Jesus Christ; ONCE, for all of time and for all people, for the redemption from sin. In other words, the covering of our sin by the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross is the ONLY way to the Father. You must accept the Gift of Salvation, be covered by the blood of Jesus and ask to be forgiven of your sin.
I have a hard time with people who will not accept this, in light of the fact that the Word of God is over 4000 years old and has never changed. We already have archeological evidence that Jesus Christ did indeed live here on earth. Noting the places in history where Jesus performed miracles, we have a closer identification with our Lord and Savior and now, those same occasions are being hidden away, forgotten, scoffed at and ridiculed. Having stated that and everyone knowing this situation, it would appear that the majority are not willing to listen to what brought calamity on the world, the hand of God.
The heart of man is evil, beyond compare, the Bible says so. There were a number of times that God saw the evil and chose to destroy mankind for it. What makes these calamities different in every way, is the fact God told us what would happen ahead of time! HE gave everyone the chance to live and accept Him as the God of all time, the absolute Creator of all things. God once again has declared what will happen in our own time, as in very, very, soon, just after the Rapture of the Church of Jesus Christ. Let’s take at look these Scriptures:
Genesis 6:5: “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
Genesis 19:4-7: “But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them. And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him, And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.”
Jonah 1:2: “Arise, go to Nineveh, that great city, and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me.”
2 Peter 3:3-6: “Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished.”
Once again, God is willing to tell everyone exactly what HE has in mind for this world. HE called as many as are willing to listen, to come to Him and be made perfect through the blood of Jesus Christ. It would appear, that too few want to listen, even though history has shown us that God means what HE says.
In the Scripture above, we see where mankind had become so evil, that it reached God. In every instance, God told everyone to repent, He sent someone and again and again, people would not listen. In every instance God destroyed mankind as He said He would. The exception above was in Nineveh, the people turned from their wicked ways and began following the Lord. They were spared the destruction of the previous areas.
Looking at 2 Peter 3, we find the exact same thing taking place. God has looked at this world and our sin and wickedness has come up to Him once again. Even though there are many born-again believers preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, FEW are listening. FEW are accepting that once again, the Lord God Almighty, will bring destruction to this world.
In this day and age, many talk about the Rapture and the following Tribulation. They talk about the Apocalypse that they know is coming. Something is about to happen! Everyone knows it, everyone has been talking about it, yet for most, they have no idea of what it will be. As in past times in the Bible, we see where those that are lost continue in their sin and their wicked ways. They tell us that we don’t know what we are talking about, that (since the days of our fathers, everything remains the same).
And as in those instances in the past, the Lord will come and remove those who belong to Him. In those instances, everyone else was not paying any attention and as result, they died. Again and again, they sought to do everything in the exact same manner and then expect a different outcome…That my friends, is the essence of insanity! That same insanity is alive and well today, we have but to look around ourselves to see that. This world (people) want what they want and do not care how they derive those things. How odd. They have no idea that you can never take it with you when you die. If that is the true case and it is, then they are insane.
All an individual has to do is go to a cemetery and notice, whether rich or poor, all things of this earth are still here, the deceased have taken NOTHING with them. Why is it so difficult to realize how short a period of time (three score and ten) 70 years, truly is? Why is it that we are not able to take our wealth with us? And what happens to all our possessions that we worked so hard for? Look in the cemetery and you tell me.
Time after time the Bible has stated this, seeing that the results are always the same, why would anyone turn their nose up at what the Word of God has stated and proven to us?! From the passage of Scripture above, what reason would anyone have to believe they were only stories. To pass the Scripture of the Word of God off as nonsense, is to deny your own existence, and make it a fable! Is that nonsense or the ultimate example of insanity?
Has it never occurred to you, that Satan and his ilk hate the Lord God? If they hate HIM, then they will hate you just as much and they will do their very best to make sure that they destroy you any way they can. Earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, anything they can think of to destroy as many as possible and keep them from learning of the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. Has it never occurred to anyone how despicable Satan and his ilk truly are? They are too afraid of God and His design for the world and they do not want to go to the lake of fire alone. They want to take YOU with them!
It is to the credit of Satan and his ilk, that we humans face such horror at the thought of you and I dying on this earth. They are willing to push every single diabolical idea imaginable into our minds and hearts to scare us from knowing what is real and what is fantasy. Or maybe you have not been paying any attention to the garbage Hollywood is so very willing to make in film.
And what is their prize for doing so? Money! Those pieces of paper, covered in ink, that far too many believe have some sort of value to it. Maybe you haven’t noticed that the papers have “promissory note” on them. Does that mean they have been backed by gold or some other precious metal or stone? (You already know the answer to that!)
How many lies and how much deceit is required before you stop and think, before you ask yourself, what is really true and what is not? If you get 70 years to live, is that enough time to enjoy true wealth and possessions or by chance, shouldn’t it be for a longer period of time?
Psalm 90:10: “The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”
We already know the Word of God is truth, even though far too many are not willing to accept it. It is a problem between that individual and the Lord. Thus we give out the news of Jesus Christ and salvation is for all, IF they are willing to accept it. Should they choose to NOT believe His Word to us, it is to their doom and their doom knows NO end or bottom. It is severe and without end, what is worse, there is NO HOPE of salvation for them!
John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
