Is there, or is there not…a Divide?!

Ahhh…the New Year is here…2019! I hope and Pray that everyone had a wonderful Christmas! It was a little strange for me to note the end of 2018, while looking back to so many other Christmases, so much has changed, wouldn’t you agree? Personally speaking, I have a bit of a problem, looking at 2017 and then comparing the differences to today.
There are always the ‘Same’ things, one Christmas as compared to any other one across the years, the Commercialization, the Secular. It was always ‘a part and parcel’ with every Christmas…sadly speaking. There is always the Christmas shows, the Christmas tunes, all the Ads and Sales, rush here, see this, buy that…buy…Buy…BUY! Spend…Spend…SPEND! It all becomes so tiring, so very quick and it begins to feel like a drudge and then we’re all glad it’s over again…for one more year…am I right?
Watching everything, listening to all of it, sort of makes it easy to understand, how many people wonder if the Lord will indeed return in the Rapture. I had a close Friend, tell me, “its hasn’t happened in the last 2000 years, what makes you think, it will happen in the next 10 years?!” It would appear, that people are tired of waiting, wondering is bigger now. Right?! I must Digress.
I my humble opinion, things are stagnant now…well, except for all the Volcanoes, earthquakes, Mud-slides, Fire-storms, anger and hatred…for no good reason. We see that our own Government, can’t find their way to agreeing on anything, so they decided to attack the President and anyone else, that does not agree with them. The Riots are on the increase every where, the shootings and stabbings multiple times a day and our news is full of it! How odd, our Leaders feel it is alright for them go against our own Laws! Laws that have been on the books for…however long! Mercy be…if YOU make an infraction…”Throw em in the Jail and loose the key!” The working stiff, works overtime on a regular basis, to pay for those, that do not want to work…the “Entitled Ones.” To the point now…the working stiffs are the FEW! What is going on ya’ll?!
Is it just me, or do ya’ll see the “Divide that is taking place in our Society” Too?! And I mean, that divide, is getting wider and wider all the time…what’s up with that?!
2 Peter 3:3-4 “Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.”
Jude 1:16 “These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.”
Jude 1:18-19 “How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.”
My Friends, I do believe…we are there! Does this make any sense to you, it sure does with me!
The Lord told us these things were coming, He also told us “Be ye NOT Deceived!” Am I correct in this?! How odd is it, that those in Seats of Power, want every one to continue to work hard, bring in that money, just don’t forget our Fair Share of it! They typically change everything for OUR Benefit, yet their position NEVER Changes…from your pocket to their pocket! With such Patriotism and undying Gratitude…if you will! At this point, I must ask you, just how long can they use and abuse that Cash-Cow…till there is nothing left?! That my Friends, is what we will soon call…The Economic Crash!
Revelation 6:5-6 “And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.”
If memory still serves, that amount of food is what a Soldier used to get per day! It looks to me, like we are almost there…the future is looking a little bleak…right?! Thankfully though, the Lord will have removed the Saved from that. So then the next question must be…are YOU Saved?!
I sort of bury my head a little and Thank my Lord and Savior! I really don’t want to be a part of that! If you look at me right now, I do not appear to miss too many meals! Still as yet, there are going to be quite a few that will still be here, after the Rapture, that will indeed have the opportunity to enjoy the above spectacle…sadly…their choice though.
That’s another thing, have ya’ll noticed the numbers of “Complainers, the dis-content, the un-happy?” You must understand something here, the Saved are NOT complaining! We already know, we rest in the capable hands of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We are already cared for…We are Loved beyond measure! Ooops…what was that?! I think I heard that “Strange Divide” suddenly creak a little wider…did you hear it too?!
Sadly my Friends, we already see this world (People) lying and cheating, abusing and killing each other, rioting in the streets, burning cars and other people, desecrating children and the like. And so, I must ask you, do you hear the “Footsteps of our Lord and Savior?!” Is there a Knocking at our door?! I keep thinking, remembering;
Revelation 22:20 “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”
So..as we step into this new year 2019, I keep hearing people say, I hope this year is better than the last! Well…guess what ya’ll…it will NOT be better, as a matter of fact, it is going to become worse than 2018…WE are IN the End of Times! Remember…2 Timothy 3:1-7?! If you forgot what it says, PLEASE…read it again! If that passage of Scripture were any more distinct and to the point, it would have produced a “List of Names” to go along with it! So then, the question is now, whose names are going to be on that List?! Just so you know, my name is written in the Lambs Book of Life, I will be in Heaven with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
That “Divide” I have been referring to? Yuppers…that’s that Chasm…that far too many are walking, that “Broad and Wide Highway”…that Chasm of Destruction! Hell and then the Lake of Fire! Every time I get to this point, I keep seeing that small word “FEW”! I keep looking for that small, hardly used path…that leads to that little gate! I will be one of those FEW! The Lord God, Jesus Christ Loves me and HE died for me, HE shed HIS Precious Blood to cover my Sin and my Home is in Heaven with HIM…For Eternity! What about YOU…where is your home?! Whom do you follow and Love?!
Just so you know…there is a difference between the saved and the unsaved…The future for the SAVED is Bright and shining! Our time will get better and better…it will last forever and ever!
