Default Human race will 'split into two different species'

The human race will one day split into two separate species, an attractive, intelligent ruling elite and an underclass of dim-witted, ugly goblin-like creatures, according to a top scientist.

100,000 years into the future, sexual selection could mean that two distinct breeds of human will have developed.

The alarming prediction comes from evolutionary theorist Oliver Curry from the London School of Economics, who says that the human race will have reached its physical peak by the year 3000.

Interesting, my Bible also says that one day the human race will be split in two (unequal) parts--but not into separate species. In the Millenium, those who have been saved will rule and reign with Christ.

As for the "underclass of dim-witted, ugly goblin-like creatures", I think that I'm seeing the first specimens already in the daily news. Seen Ahmadinejad lately?

Poor Oliver Curry. He's just another victim of the secular humanist groupthink virus. In order to avoid cognitive dissonance at all costs, it's victims will claim their weak presuppositions (all of evolutionary theory is a boat load of weak presuppositions) as the superior position in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

It's really kind of sad. Those kinds of people seem to be the hardest ones to get through to. I hope he don't get too many people to jump on his silly little bandwagon.

There will be no excuses in the end.

    Sounds like H.G. Wells

Revelation 22:17a The Spirit and Bride are now saying, "Come!" The ones who hear are now saying, "Come!" The ones who thirst are now saying, "Come!"

I think it's somewhat humorus. The whole evolutionary theory is both truthful and a complete falacy at the same time. Man hasn't the brain power to begin to understand the physics and biology involved in the process, much less appreciate the 'beyond comprehension" creative abilities of our God. So they clumsily create these half baked theories, and so many idiots jump on the bandwagon and begin to preach the false message. Sheesh.

How is it that it is truthful? According to the scriptures - man used to live a whole lot longer than we do today. Each generation has more and more wrong with it and if the homosexual agenda has its way - procreation will end as we know it.

There is no truth to evolution on any level in my eyes.

Where do you see any truth in it?

Chihuahua's and St.Bernards have a common ancestor, but they're still dogs. Evolution works well to explain genetic variations within a species. We can observe it, test it and even cause it. Micro-evolution has no real scientific dissenters.

The rest of evolutionary theory extrapolates it's false presuppositions from this empirical data and, just like atheism, it turns out that it requires more faith than just trusting God in the first place.

P.S. I agree with your point on devolution. Mankind is not getting smarter despite the accumulation of an ever expanding data base of knowledge. We just started keeping better records. When you consider that people worked without the benifit of "how to" books, It's amazing what was accomplished. Issac Newton invented calculus, the laws of motion, his law of universal gravitation and wrote The Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica with a quill pen and limited paper nearly 400 years ago and all from scratch. That's truly amazing when you think about it.

All one has to do is read letters that were written a couple of hundred years ago to realize that we have lost a great deal of eloquence and powers of logical reasoning.

    We're getting stupider and stupider.

I see what you are saying but, for the sake of giving them any amunition at all, I don't think I would call what you are describing as evolution. I think it is more like how God planned it.

One thing I have learned about our heavenly Father is that He LOVES variety. He LOVES differences - all the way up to having ever snowflake different.

If evolution had been true on any level - there would not be the incredible beauty in this world so pleasing to the eye and with so many different designs.

It would not have put the colors of flowers together than complimented each one so perfectly and gave us such a beautiful feeling in our soul.

The ability for some species to blend DNA and make variety is all part of God's plan - not evolution.

Nothing else (such as man) shows that anything is 'evolving' but it is just manifesting the variety manifested from the way He set things to be.

I understand your position that it is best to give no quarter, but the lable is of little consequence. For the sake of continuity within the scientific community an agreed upon nomenclature has been adopted to keep from comparing doohickeys to thingamabobs. When discussing variation within a species, the meaning of the term "micro-evolution" is understood by all.

A rose, by any other name...

That's plastic surgery? I thought that she was "evolving" into a new type of Tupperware container that flips its top and won't stay sealed!

Evolution is true in as much as all life adapts to it's enviornment. Look at our generational ancestors photographs and tell me you cannot see visual differences in facial features. We are adapting to our enviornment generationally. We can see this in many lifeforms. But this admission does not give creedence to wild claims that we ALL evolved from apes. That is still silly to me. Oh yes, there must be many facts that I am unaware of, but the math doesn't add up.

OK. I had to look those two words up. Eugenicists and transhumanist. Essentially they represent the same human failing. That is, it's man's job to perfect creation. More arrogance extroadenaire. Pft!
