    Well, if we don't get raptured within the next ten years by some chance, then it looks like we'll have quantum computing soon enough.

    It also means that we may finally be able to create prosthetic devices that can mimic reliably the form, function, dexterity and feel of lost limbs and organs, without having to resort to stem-cell research.

    Keep in mind: technology is a tool. It's neither inherently good nor evil, unlike man. After all, Cain didn't use technology to kill his younger sibling.
