They are having so many aftershocks over 6 ,it is really bad!

Yeah, I really took note when i heard that. I didn't think we'd get close to a 9 until the seal judgements in revelation. We really should be looking up everytime we go outside now!

There are lots of quakes that happen we are unknown to.
Thank God the multiple Tsunamis were much weaker than the media expected.

Not only more activity but stronger in initial quakes.

Of course it's true that information travels much faster than it did in the past, but I saw this piece in USA Today re: the strongest quakes:

There were five major quakes from 1700 to 1948, a period of 248 years. There have been SIX major quakes from 1948 until today, a period of 62 years!

Praise God, Jesus is coming soon!!

These quakes seem terrible to us with tremendous loss of life, pain and suffering; but this all a part of God's great plan for us all.

Tsunami hit east coast of Australia last night. Now we know how many people just aren't interested in the very near future by their denial of anything happening here. They look at this earthquake and all others as "that only happens in other places. Yes, the Rapture is very close !

In my modest opinion "earthquakes" and other calamities very rarely bring people to turn to God,but generically,or in a derogative way,faulting Him for the disasters(s) and death and so forth.
Natural man is BLIND to the reality of GOD and unless the drawing of The Holy Spirit and the revealing of The Christ of God,Jesus,man cannot find the true God,neither is looking for Him.....
The wonderful thing of the Gospel is that HE seeks you,He finds you and He reveal Himself to You and He gives the New Birth...I mean,it is astonishing to me,that I believe in Him ...because I was NOT looking for Him and I was "dead" in sins and trespasses and alien to The Lord and His covenants...I mean,it is truly BY GRACE thru Faith...before I became a believer,I remember that the various earthquakes and cataclysms then did not make me consider the vanity or the fragility or the pride of human life....now as a believer i see all these events in the contest of the inspired Word of God and the plan He has for His people......I think Paul stressed that it is the Goodness and Mercy of God that draws us to Him..and in fact what got me was considering His substitutionary work on the cross for my redemption.....before the New Birth,I remember thinking and saying that if the was a God and was LOve He could not send people to Hell and stuff like that,because natural man is DEAD and BLIND and DEAF and DUMB........well,it is late,I have to go,I just wanted give glory to our Lord for His amazing grace...and if the earthquakes have increased or not is not important,I think,because BIG ONES are coming anyway....but a BIGGER THAN LIFE IS COMING TOO: "JESUS CHRIST THE KING !!!!"

I don't know if any of you are aware, but not only was Chile slammed with an earthquake, coastal regions have been devastated by a tsunami.

Chileans need prayer now more than ever.
