Machines 'to match man by 2029'

Machines will achieve human-level artificial intelligence by 2029, a leading US inventor has predicted.

Humanity is on the brink of advances that will see tiny robots implanted in people's brains to make them more intelligent said engineer Ray Kurzweil.

He said machines and humans would eventually merge through devices implanted in the body to boost intelligence and health.

"It's really part of our civilisation," Mr Kurzweil said.

"But that's not going to be an alien invasion of intelligent machines to displace us."

Machines were already doing hundreds of things humans used to do, at human levels of intelligence or better, in many different areas, he said.

Add to this the fact that every language of the world had a common source. A gematria has been formed by adding the number "6" to each letter of the alphabet (A=6, B= 12, C = 18, etc.). Using this system, words can be computed. On the instruction of Ravelation 13:18, it is interesting to note that mark+of+the+beast equals 666 as does [the word] computer . . . interesting! (Rev. Hmmm....worshiping the image of the beast? I always thought this might be a TV image, but maybe it's a robot lookin' thingee...makes kinda sense. Mankind has always worshiped clunks of wood, chunks of rocks, etc--in other words, the creation rather than the Creator.

I thought that the following quote from the same article was interesting:

If people can't stand the "reality" of the world at that time, they (or someone else) might be able to change their "reality" to something that they can handle. This is the "cutting-edge" technology being talked about today. There is nothing that man won't do to try to alter the reality that they need a savior! For a long time, many of us thought that it would be a television image, but we are seeing that our world of "technology" is fast becoming obsolete in face of the new ways that man tries to manipulate God's world.

MARK OF THE BEAST
During the Tribulation, the False Prophet will insist that people loyal to Antichrist wear a mark which will be placed either on their right hand or on their forehead. This must be shown to buy or sell (Revelation 13:16-18), or to transact any business. This mark will consist of either the name of the Beast (Antichrist) or his number, 666 (Revelation 14:11).

It is likely that the Image of the Beast, a forth-coming master computer, will give Antichrist all information necessary for him to govern the world. Its memory bank will know the number, record, and history of every living person. Perhaps this number would be composed of an international, national, and area computer code plus an individual number, such as one's social security number. The present international code is "6"...it could easily be expanded to "666." The present generation of credit users should readily understand this concept unknown before.

At the final judgment of God (Great White Throne), all those who received this mark will be tormented with fire and brimstone ...and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever (Revelation 14:11).

If you mean your previous post---I've seen the one from February 18th that says,

At least I THINK that that was your previous post! Unless you've abandoned the whole Klingon cloaking whatchamacallit and started using some kind of "time scrambling" device that I've never heard of.

I don't see why not! I'm mean all of those little people live in the same box in your living room. Why wouldn't they be able to communicate with each other??? I even saw Opie on Happy Days a few times!!
