someone please help me with my ignorance as I have not figured out "YET" how to put quote snipets around people's writings. I've clicked on the quote box at the top and it does absolutely nothing. I don't want to post the whole quote but only portions.

okay, you have to paste the quote first, then highlight it. once highlighted, you select the quote button, and click on it.

That should put the html quote brackets around it.

Thanks for asking this myinnuendo999, I couldn't figure out how to do this either. But I'm not sure I have completely learned the prescribed lesson. As I understand this, I need to copy and paste the portion I wish to quote into my Reply right? Then I do the highlight and quote thing?
