Server Too Busy

There seems to be an increasing number of times that the error message "Server too busy please try again later" pops up.

Is this a problem with my computer or with the RF server?

Hmm, I had a little problem last night as it was because I updated the software last night and didn't enter in one of the values correctly. The forum was down for about 1 hour as a result. But that was about 2-3AM last night.

We are running this website on a shared server, so we don't have alot of server resources like a dedicated server would provide. But I think for the most part it seems to be running OK. Sometimes when I have a problem, I just click reload a time or two and the site comes up. I don't know if that is a server issue or if it is a computer issue.

I get error message emailed to me when the forum goes down, and I've had a few lately, but it didn't seem like a lot. We'll have to keep watch on this issue. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. :)

It seems to happen on the weekends and evenings mostly. But it is happening more and more often.

Noticed the same. But I am a determined fellow and keep butting my head against the "server too busy" response until it allows entry. Usually within a minute or two, I can force my way back in.

Yep, it happens all the time with me too. I just keep hitting the "refresh" button until I get through.
