    Default Zech. 11:17 question

I have a question about Zech. 11:17. Jack Kelly says this description is of the antichrist. I have never heard of this before. The antichrist will have a withered hand and be blind in one eye? Is this correct? I thought I knew all the verses about the antichrist, this is a new one to me.

The withered arm is symbolic of a lack of power; and the blind eye is symbolic of a lack of prophecy. These are the result of the Word of God (the "sword") stripping Him of these abilities. The context would seem to indicate the evil ruler to come: ie: the A/C.
