Not "realistic" according to Bible prophecy? Are you kidding us? Asaph was a well-known prophet in his day; a conduit through which the Holy Spirit spoke; a prophet in King David's court; the chief of the priests; the word of God declared it so even centuries after his earthly death! (2 Chronicles 29:30) (Hebrew: chozeh - a seer; a prophet)

In my view from the woods of NorCal, the ME is a tinderbox and some knuckle-head is bound to discard a match into the box at any time.

I believe we can all see the decay curve of the world systems are getting steeper and steeper by the week.

    Great post Chris!

Thank you Sean for the accurate "weather reports"!

I know of no one on this board who believed that creating the stampede to the exits from Iraq would not have dire consequences. It was a reckless move. We left a vacuum knowing it would be filled!

Our blood and treasure spent there was carelessly handled by a named Obama. Move over Jimmy!
Consider the words of Omar M. Ahmad, founder of CAIR: "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant." ... "The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America , and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."

    DaySpring10,

I do understand that your interpretation of Psalm 83 lacks proper hermeneutics; that you see only a 3000-year old imprecatory prayer.

Yet the prophecy itself and the current situation vis a vis all of the named enemies mirror exactly the existential military situation that has been facing Israel since late 1947, per the declaration of the Damascus-based Arab League Military Committee in that same year; through the war of 1948 and every Arab-Israeli war since. The actions named in the concluding verses also contain the names of two of Israel's front-line defense systems - the IDF's F-16I Sufa strike aircraft and the Sa'ar missile corvettes. This is no coincidence, it is spot-on precise Bible prophecy.

    GlennO,

Spot on Bro! The knuckleheads in Iran have been promising to toss a match onto the tinder box for years. Guess they're waiting for the ghost in the well to tell them it's time to light 'er up. And Zero's knuckleheaded departure and defense downsizing are deliberate actions consistent with the company he has kept for his entire life. A-jad and Zero - imperfect together for the perfect geopolitical storm.

lemme give you a little history lesson

Every single conflict in which we did not complete the job outside of Vietnam (we got lucky and that place took care of it's self because Ho Chi Minh actually had no other desire than to unify the place) we are still having trouble there. N Korea ring a bell? Iraq is going to join all the rest of those radical nations that surround Israel and get the muslem brotherhood. We hae not and cannot win until we force the enemy into submission. Since we have so ABVIOUSLY failed to do that in Iraq, we have the mess as you see it now......

Iraq would not be a problem if we actually finished the job the first time around and completely removed Saddam and his ability to make war...

IF WWII generals like McAurthur and Patten were alive today they would be sorely dissapointed in our current and recently past leadership....

So before you go off on someone you might want to take a look at the big picture......
