The State of the Middle East 2012

The State of the Middle East 2012
    By Sean Osborne

26 December 2012: In these closing days of the Year of our Lord 2011 a look at the situation in the Middle East is much deserved if not imperative.

First and foremost, there is no "Palestinian state" as many a secular news commentary would have had us believe would occur in the past year. A Palestinian state did not happen. Instead what has occurred is a complete rupturing of the former status quo of false peace negotiations between Israel and the so-called 'Palestinians.' What we have at the dawn of the year 2012 is a reuniting of the terrorist-origin 'Palestinian National Authority' (PA) with the Islamofascist terrorist acronym known as HAMAS (H.arakat al-Muqa-wamah al-?Isla-miyyah, a/k/a Islamic Resistance Movement), a group born of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood. Psalm 83 will soon reach its final fulfillment precisely as foretold by Asaph.

In Egypt, as in other Islamic Arab nations formerly ruled by dictators, the military remnant of the Mubarak regime still tenuously holds power in the face of renewed uprisings by the Muslim fundamentalist masses led by the al-Ikhwan al-Muslimeen (Muslim Brotherhood) and the Salafists in their respective strongholds around the country and in Cairo. In the Egyptian Sinai the overt rise in the past few weeks of the Al Qaeda-linked terrorist group "Ansar al-Jihad in the Sinai Peninsula" since the fall of Mubarak was inevitable and led to the attacks in Eilat, Israel as well as the repeated attacks on the Egypt-Israel gas pipeline. This newly emergent terrorist organization could not exist without the tacit support and/or involvement of HAMAS, Egypt, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Islamic Republic of Sudan (Ezekiel's Kuwsh, as noted here). These Islamic terrorists in the Sinai Peninsula will likely fulfill the role of Amalek per Psalm 83 verse 7.

Then there's the basket case of Bashar al-Assad's Syria, ruled by a minority Shi'a faction of Alawites it remains in the throes of a Sunni Islamonazi insurrection very much like that which just toppled the dictatorial regime of Muamar Ghadaffi in Libya. This internal Syrian affair has drawn in both Turkey and Iran on opposite sides of the conflict, and placed Israeli-Turkish relations in the odd position of being simultaneously belligerent and non-belligerent with respect to each others national interests. Clearly Ezekiel 38/39 is not an imminent or next-in-line prophetic fulfillment as Isaiah 17, Psalm 83 and Joshua 13:1-7 all appear to be.

And leading the pack in terms of global Islamic terrorism, Middle Eastern destabilization and war-mongering is the truly apocalyptic-minded regime of mullahs in the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this aspect we await the fulfillment of Jeremiah 49:34-39. As this post is being written Iran is directly challenging the United States 5th Fleet and NATO's naval forces in the area east of the Strait of Hormuz in the Arabian Sea southward to the entrance to the Red Sea. Without question the greatest threat to world peace as we enter the year 2012 comes from the area of the world where the deception of Islam holds millions of people captive to its pseudo-religious dictates.

These 'End Times' are not going to unfold according to the will of a Satanically-inspired false moon god, but the Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and that will be the focus of this Eschatology Today forum as we go forward into the year 2012 and await the promised blessed hope of the Harpazo.

This is the part of the above article that just turns me upside down. MILLIONS of people not even aware of what's coming, left to suffer a time on this earth like never has been. Left, for those who survive that is, to face the coming Messiah when He establishes HIS kingdom on this earth. Left to suffer an eternity in outer darkness separated from the ONE Who gave EVERYTHING for them, yet they never received.

Yes, I will admit, this hurts my heart. Yet, God have given us peace that passes all understanding and an awareness to BE READY, thanks to the Holy Spirit!!

    Amen Brother in Christ!!!!!!
This world is in for a shock of their life soon. I get so frustrated informing people of what is coming and no one seems to understand. I pray everyday that God opens doors for us through the Holy Spirit to talk with people of the coming nightmare which will befall man kind who has not excepted the free gift from our God, the only true God. Lord Jesus Blessed be your name . Walk with each and every true believe in this world to witness of Christs salvation and return. I wait, watch and listen for the trump of God and my Savior in the clouds.

    excellent article

you know when re-reading Psalms 83 and giving it a little more thought I can realize ans see that yes it will reach fulfillment totally just as told .

I believe were seeing the platform for it form even more than I realized because consider Damascus ,yes Damascus how come ? I wondered the same thing How come ?

well interestingly enough folks that is the very place that holds some significance to the Muslims , because in their eschatology regarding what they believe they are supposed to return to Damascus and gather there to form the um-ma however its spelled kinda like how the Jews gathered back to Israel however these enemies against Israel gathering back to Damascus is for the purpose of forming a alliance to destroy the Jews from the face of the earth , as we know this is satanic driven in every way because satan would love nothing more than to bring God's covenant promise made to nothing

It will be interesting to say the least what transpires in the upcoming year

This newly emergent terrorist organization could not exist without the tacit support and/or involvement of HAMAS, Egypt, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Islamic Republic of Sudan (Ezekiel's Kuwsh, as noted here). yep
And regarding Damascus it will be most interesting what they wind up their little Arab spring with don't you reckon ? we'll see more over what Hamas demands and how the people become so eager to see their Mahdi

of course we know that they will be destroyed en-mass
Its quite possibly all how it comes to pass that over 2.2 billion people get wiped out

I do believe however some will come out of the Mad Mullah Muslim religion and be poweerfully used

In this aspect we await the fulfillment of Jeremiah 49:34-39. As this post is being written Iran is directly challenging the United States 5th Fleet and NATO's naval forces in the area east of the Strait of Hormuz in the Arabian Sea southward to the entrance to the Red Sea.
this is so amazingly significant to a few weeks back something studied and wow I almost cant believe it is happening already yet it tis

kinda defines break neck speed more than I care to comment further about

do you all suppose they will wind up Arab spring in Damascus ?
by years end or before 2012 ?

Im just become profoundly intrigued by how dramatically different and opposite the Muslims are from Christians and Jews and how it appears that yes just as you stated

These 'End Times' are not going to unfold according to the will of a Satanically-inspired false moon god, but the Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and that will be the focus of this Eschatology Today forum as we go forward into the year 2012 and await the promised blessed hope of the Harpazo.
maybe all the mad Muslims will rush into Damascus
for their short lived victory rant and then be no more

one thing I am very exited about hearing is the pres of Israel has began Bible studies I hope it takes a look at this Muslim belief of gathering in Damascus because we all know what Isaiah 17 says

what I more was a pondering intensely in my spirit when I was a reading Psalms 83 was how it states do unto them as unto the midianites as to sisera and to jabin at the brook of kison which perished at Endor they became as dung for the earth

they all had something of extreme in common with these modern day confederates the Muslims in hating Israel and thinking the evil thought to and attemt to cut Israel off as a Nation

I find it most Amazing in their blind Madness the Muslims take crafty counsel to do such they believe they are to gather in Damascus and never even thought to consider what is written in our Holy Book

Good heavens its getting real real clear to me why Damascus gets annihilated

Damascus subsequently became the capital of the Ummayad Caliphate

look what these madmen state regarding the cross

In which you know and realize its such a horrid denigration it may not even need be posted

God will surely destroy these people

    The Messenger of Allah said,

'Allah will send Isa bin Maryam. He will descend close to the White Minaret to the East of Damascus.'

    (saheeh of muslim)

The White Minaret of Damascus And The Return Of Isa Bin Maryam

And he (Isa) shall be a known sign for the hour (Qur’aan 43:61)

Nawwaas bin Sam’an narrated that the Messenger of Allah said, ‘Allah will send Isa Bin Maryam. He will descend close to the Manaarah Al Baydaa’ (White Minaret) to the East of Dimashq. He will be wearing garments lightly coloured with saffron and his hands will be placed on the wings of two angels.’ (saheeh of muslim)

In the texts of the Ahadeeth our Prophet mentioned specific regions such as Hijaz, Shaam, Yaman, Najd, Iraaq, Misr, Hind and Khurasaan among others. However other times he mentioned specific cities such as Dimashq, which is the city known as Damascus in Syria today. Isa bin Maryam will descend in Damascus as a major sign, before the establishment of the Hour. This is the truth and will most surely come to pass as a promise form our Lord.

This decent will occur only after Dajjaal has appeared and made his way to Shaam during the last days of his life. Dajjaal will be headed for the Muslims in Jerusalem. During this time Allah will send Isa bin Maryam to confront Dajjaal,a nd Isa will will descend in Syria, near the white minaret in the East of Damascus. He will descend as a well built man of moderate height. His skin colour will be seen as a kind of reddish white and his hair will be curly, appearing wet yet no moisture will have touched it. He will descend near the white minaret on the wings of angels, wearing two garments lightly coloured with saffron.

As for the exact location within Damascus, then our Prophet informed us that he will descend close to the Manaarah Al Baydaa’, which is the white minaret. This is a specific landmark we have been informed of.

As for the exact location of the white minaret then only Allah Knows. Our Prophet only mentioned one additional clue, namely its location to the East of Damascus. From the writings of the earlier scholars of Islam we know that the location of the white minaret was not known amongst them. However during the 700’s AH a white minaret was built in Eastern Damascus in a house of worship known as the Umayyad Masjid.

Ibn Katheer writes, ‘In our time, in the year 741AH, a white minaret was built in the Umayyad Majid made of stone, in the a place of the minaret that was destroyed by a fire which the Christians were suspected to have started. May Allah’s continued curses descend on the Christians until the Day of Resurrection. There is a strong feeling that this minaret is the one that Isa will descend on, according to the hadeeth.’ (tafseer Ibn Katheer volume 3 page 38)

Syrian Scholars such as Ibn Katheer believed the white minaret in the Hadeeth was the white minaret of the Umayyad Masjid which was built during his time. Ibn Katheer was born in Busra Syria in 701AH and migrated to Damascus at the age of five where he took up residence until he died in 774AH. Being a Syrian scholar who resided in Damascus and was alive when the white minaret of the umayyad masjid was constructed brings credibility to his opinion. However we cannot say for certain whether this is the actual white minaret mentioned by our Prophet.

Assuming Ibn Katheer was correct then Isa bin Maryam will descend at the white minaret of the Umayyad Masjid in Damascus. The original foundation of the Umayyad Masjid was in fact a church. When Syria was conquered under Umar Ibnal Khattaab a small Masjid was attached to the southern wall of the church. This is how it remained until the time of Waleed Bin Abdul Maalik (705-715 AH), when the church was demolished and the Masjid expanded and renovated, giving rise to the Umayyad Masjid. This is why it is called the Umayyad Masjid after the Umayyad dynasty, which came into rule as a monarchy after the period of the four rightly guided Khulafaa. The dynasty was called the Umayyad dynasty after the name of their tribe Bani Umayyah, which was a tribe within Quraish. The first Umayyad ruler was Muaweyyah and he was the one who shifted the Islamic capital to Damascus, with Damascus remaining the Muslim capital during the life of the Umayyad dynasty. As for Waleed Bin Abdul Maalik (705-715AH), under whose supervision the Umayyad Masjid was expanded and renovated, he was the sixth Umayyad ruler after (1) Muaweyyah bin Abi Sufyaan (661-680), (2) Yazeed bin Muaweyyah (680-683), (3) Muaweyyah bin Yazeed (683-684), (4) Marwan bin Hakam (684-685), and (5) Abdul Malik bin Marwan (685-705).

Abu Hurairah narrated that Allah's Messenger said, ‘Do not undertake a journey but to three Masaajid; this Masjid of mine, the Masjid Al Haraam and the Masjid Al Aqsa.’ (saheeh of muslim)

As for the Masjid as a place of worship, then it is a Masjid from amongst the Massajid and no special significance is attributed to it except the fact that it is a potential site where Isa bin Maryam will descend. However, those who say the Umayyad Masjid is one of Islam’s Holy sites have no basis for their claims. Similarly those who specially travel to visit this Masjid do not have permission to do so, for the Masaajid worthy of being journeyed to have been restricted by our Prophet to three, namely Masjid Al Haraam in Makkah; Masjid An Nabaweyyah in Madeenah; and Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem. There is a difference between specifically venturing out to visit the Umayyad Masjid as opposed to the locals praying in it or someone visiting it while travelling to Damascus for some other purpose. And this is the case with studying Ahadeeth for through their implementation the balance is restored, giving each item its due consideration and importance without exaggeration or neglect.

After descending at the White Minaret, Isa bin Maryam will pursue Dajjaal through Syria until he catches up with him in ludd where he will kill him. Next Isa will lead the Muslims in a final war with the Jews and the Jews will be defeated. Thereafter the Fitnah of Gog and Magog will be unleashed until the Muslims gather at Mount Tur and Isa prays to Allah for their destruction. They will all be found dead, and Allah will send birds to pick them up and throw them wherever He wills and desires. Then Allah will send a rain which will wash the Earth clean, bringing back its shine, richness and lustre seen at the time when Adam was on Earth. This account is clear from the descriptions found within the various books of Ahadeeth.

And there is none from the people of the Book but must believe in him, before his death. (Qur’aan 4:159)

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said, ‘He will break the cross, kill the pig, and banish the Jizyah and will call people to Islam.’ (musnad of ahmad’ sunan of abu dawood)

As for the Christians then they will embrace Islam and recognise Isa as the Messiah. He will call them to Islam and worship will be for The Creator alone. Allah will eliminate Christianity through Isa who will break the cross, kill the pig and banish the Jizyah. He will judge according to the Qur’aan and Sunna, perform Hajj and Umrah, and unite the people under the true banner of Islam.

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said, ‘Safety will then fill the earth, so much so that the lions will mingle with camels, tigers with cattle and wolves with sheep. Children will play with snakes, and they will not harm them. Isa will remain for forty years and then will die, and the Muslims will offer the funeral prayer for him.’ (musnad of ahmad’ sunan of abu dawood)

During his time there will be justice, prosperity, peace and safety and he will be buried by the Muslims after remaining on Earth for forty years. This is our beloved Prophet Isa bin Maryam, the true awaited Messiah who will most surely return near the white minaret of Damascus, descending on the wings of Angels white as snow.

they denigrate and reject the cross of Jesus Christ

this is rather grievous to me
and it maybe might need removing
yet I know Christians need to wake up to the reality of whats recent happened and Syria and Damascus has a part in it all

should Muslims decide Damascus is their new found mecca
what greater a time for it to come to pass that it is no more ?

Isaiah 17 is clear yet look why

the only means they have of being saved and look what they do toward it

Its such a horrid denigration I really think I ought not post it

There is no greater a blasphemy than to denigrate the cross of Jesus Christ in the manner in which these madmen are
obviously we see the face of the A/C and currently its in the air Judgment has to fall Gods word proclaims it and we know as soon as these madmen flock up to Damascus to do this evil they will be no more . I see why
