    I was reminded this morning of what God said to Abraham as recorded in Genesis 12:1-3 (NASB):

    1 The LORD said to Abram,
    “Go forth from your country,
    And from your relatives
    And from your father’s house,
    To the land which I will show you;

    2 And I will make you a great nation,
    And I will bless you,
    And make your name great;
    And so you shall be a blessing;

    3 And I will bless those who bless you,
    And the one who curses you I will curse.
    And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”

    If any nation turns against blessing Israel, then God will curse them. Do we understand what it means to live under the curse of the Living God? Yes, there IS a judgment to come; and no, nothing of what we see today is related to that coming judgment. But there IS a "today" price—a curse—that is levied on those who do not bless Israel. That promise of God is not a "some future day" judgment, but a promise of God's favor or disfavor on those who either bless or curse Israel. We might want to look at what America's leadership is currently trying to do to that land where God placed His Name.

    If you were charged with the crime of being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?
