Imam Mahdi
Psalm 73:28
28 But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.
The Makkah mentioned in the article is Mecca in Saudi Arabia. This business almost certainly has something to do with the antichrist.
Psalm 73:28
28 But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.
Thanks for posting this Meg!![]()

That's freaky!He will rule for seven years.
Oh well, we won't be here
Linking the non-existent Islamic Al-Mahdi with the Biblical prophecies concerning the Antichrist is pure eisegesis of the sort coming from Walid Shoebat and Joel Richardson, among others.
Anything which comes from Christ-denying islam is a satanic deception.
Proper hermeneutics applied to Biblical eschatology reveals, as discussed in-depth by numerous well-respected Bible scholars over the past two or three years, that there is no connection between the fictional al-Mahdi and the coming Antichrist.
Here's just ONE of several pages on this subject at Rapture Forums.
Indeed, though it is fairly interesting I will admit.
Another thing, not that the Qu'ran is correct, but Mohammed kept mixing pagan arab religions and forms of christianity since he was a trade boy, no doubt he had heard all about christianity and just decided one day that he wanted to be a satanic prophet....I don't exact know where I wanted to go with this....
I'm not sure where you were going with this either. However, in an attmept to get to the core of the issue you began to raise, tell me what you think of this and this.
Browse through the linked site, it is very interesting indeed!
I agree that giving the 12th Imam belief similar weight as Biblical prophecy is a no-no (and in no way do I believe that this was the intent of starting this post).
Instead, I personally view this link as providing one interesting possible scenario explaining how Radical Islam may end up eventually being supportive of the future Anti-Christ. Again, this is only one of many, many possible scenarios. Radical Islam represents just the type of nut jobs that the Anti-Christ would love to use to form part of his Satanic henchmen.
I believe that islam, as we know it today, will not exist as a direct result of the Psalm 83 and the Ezekiel 38/39 War of Gog/Magog that will preceed the arrival of the Antichrist in Daniel's 70th Week.
I believe Biblical prophets, particularly Asaph in Psalm 83, reveal that those who are currently in submission to the false god allah will turn to worship of YHWH:
Psalm 83:16
Fill their faces with shame,
That they may seek Your name, O LORD.
Indeed it is!
Especially when one considers that Israel, post-Pslam 83 fulfillment and pre-Ezekiel 38/39 fulfillment, is "a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates." That speaks volumes of prophetic truth with respect to the islamic hatred that currently surrounds Israel.
I am by no means giving the muslim "prophecy" similar weight with Scripture. If you people don't know me by now, I guess you never will.
What I am saying is this. This 12th imam business gives Iran an excuse to start major trouble worldwide, the minute they decide they have a suitable candidate for this myth to be exploited for the power Iran so clearly craves. THAT is why the 12th imam business matters, and I am also of the opinion that the resulting trouble will instigate the rise of the AC.
That is what I believe.
I invite you to not make assumptions about me.
Psalm 73:28
28 But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.
First of all, this 12th imam so called "prophecy" rates as a myth, and a very poorly constructed myth at that. Its not a prophecy at all, its an excuse. What makes it dangerous is how Iran is intending to use it, and make no mistake, Iran fully intends to use it.
Gog/Magog, on the other hand is a prophecy, and Iran is a key player in the Gog/Magog matrix. Let those who have an ear hear...
Psalm 73:28
28 But as for me, it is good to be near God.
I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
I will tell of all your deeds.
The 12th imam stuff is just satan trying to copy God's prophecies. The Islamics are deceived and they are following it, at least in Iran. I know Meg is not putting it on the same level as scripture, but over the years I have seen other people do that. I just don't follow it at all. The Bible tells us to avoid all appearances of evil.
We need to pray for the Islamists so they come out of the cult of satan.![]()
