    Default Glioblastoma

    Hello All,

Where to start? Hmm..well I've been diagnosed with Glioblastoma a common but very aggressive form of brain cancer. Only 27 and I am determined to fight and survive. Never in my life would I have thought I'd be fighting cancer. I had a tumor removed on the 28th of March. Was discharged the following Saturday. Many people including myself prayed daily. Yah answered those prayers. I'm doing quite well. No new on set of seizures. Just have to go through Radiation and Chemotherapy these next two weeks. When I was in the hospital I asked the Lord to hold my hand as I was frightened. My hand became warm and tingley as if it was being held.:) I still trust in HIM and No powers of Hell or scheme of man can ever pluck me from His hand. Every time I worry about the days ahead I pray, read and trust as best I can.

Thank you Chris. Beforr this all happened I was extremely blessed to be able to spend two weeks in Israel this past December. What a blessed two weeks it was. Great group of fellow believers. Was sad when it was time to come home. Oh forgot to add some good news they we're able to remove all of the tumor. Which was encapsulated which according to the chemotherapy doctor is a very positive thing. Would love to share my Israel experience but don't know if this is the correct section of the forum.

God be with you, Dexter. I hope that my saying that I met a brain cancer survivor many years ago at a job encourages you! He has a steel plate in his head, but he did recover fully, went back to work and was doing fine.

Hey everyone had my first round of Radiation and Chemo yesterday. Feeling pretty good. Appreciate all the prayers. Question Are pictures allowed to be posted? Would love to share some Israel trip pictures with you all. Have nine more days of treatment.
