    Default Praise God

    for keeping my brother safe today. He was in a car accident on a major interstate today and his car is un-drivable, but he is not hurt. I'm just so thankful that God kept him safe. He doesn't know the Lord that I can tell, so he still has a chance to believe on Him.

    I am happy and glad that your brother is safe. Praying for his salvation.
    Titus 2: 1 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: 3The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; 4That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

    Praise the Holy Lord!!! A wreck on the interstate is pretty serious! Did he walk away? Is he saved?
    Robert says to let you know we're both praying in thanks that he's OK.
    Psalm 73:28

    28 But as for me, it is good to be near God.
    I have made the Sovereign Lord my refuge;
    I will tell of all your deeds.

    Romans 13:11 This is all the more urgent, for you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here.

    No, he's not saved as far as I can tell. There's no evidence of it in his life at least even though he made a profession of faith and was baptized when he was younger. I'm not sure what you mean by did he walk away. :) At least the wreck wasn't his fault so the insurance will pay for his car repairs.

    God is so Good! Thank you Lord!

    Amazing love! How can it be that Thou, my God, shouldst die for me?

    "Walk away" from an accident means you can walk, not dizzy, nothing broken, no major issues. Like when my Aveo got smashed a couple of months ago. I had a thick pillow cushioning my back and a seatbelt on, I walked away totally unhurt. Robert had a little stiffness in his neck but otherwise OK. The car, however, was completely destroyed, broken rear axle, 3 flat tires etc...
