the unexpected help from God. house.

now me and my wife got married,
she didn't want to work, that was her desire from God, and she never has.
and we went to the bank to get a loan to buy a house.
'sorry sir, you don't earn enough, don't have a desposit, and interest rates are like about 12%'
so we continued to rent.
now 11 years ago this happened,
i sort of said to God while we were renting, " i am not able to ever buy a house, i'm too old, the wife has no job,i dont have any money, unless you do something it won't happen,'
Now my grandmother died and left me enough money for a TV and a second hand car, BUT,
the government was also offering a first home owners grant of a few thousand dollars.
so there was enough money for a 5% deposit and all the legal bills for a house.
Now houses at that time were cheap, but we looked everywhere and nothing suited, EXCept,
a house two doors down, in the SAME STREET, and it was a good street to live in.
a run down old half way house for handicapted men owned by a denomination.
So we wheeled most of our possessions out the front door and down the road.
we fixed it up. The ceiling was falling in and there was no plants in the yard.
THEN the housing market took off, houses went up and up in value,
i think we bought for 120 and sold for 280.
We bought our FIRST ever NEW CAR for CASH.
and then we bought another house in a better area close to a bigger shopping centre.
We bought on a hill, just as well because that same street was flooded in the big flood this year.
WHY God in heaven did you bless me so wonderfully,
a sinner deserving not of blessing but punishment.
So i am saying to YOU,
don't look at the circumstances of your life as if they controlled God,
God is able to move heaven and earth to help YOU.
JUST KEEP PRAYING ABOUT IT.
