Reverence for the Lord

Have you ever loved Jesus so so much that you grieve to take another step knowing you will fail him all because of this stinking sinful body? Have you ever sat in the presence of God and been so thankful to Him that you cry bitterly over sin? Have you ever pondered His faithfulness and righteousness and wanted to show Him how MUCH you truly love Him by being obedient without ever sinning again?

One day we will be in His presence and I will be so GLAD to be away from this body of death. Thank's be to God for HE is our Righteousness and our Peace but Oh how I long to be back to Hiim how he's treated me.

I know He is my beloved and I am His and I thank GOD that HIS love is loving me all because of His love with the Father. It is ALL because of Jesus' love that we are given the freedom in Christ to love and even fall in the process-sanctification.

We fall and fail but thanks be to Jesus who is Our Triumphant Supreme Lord and Savior. It's ALL because of HIM and His amazing love that compels me to want to LOVE HIM like He loves me.

Our Faith is more precious that Gold refined by the fire because one day we will be LIKE HIM for we will know HIM as we are FULLY KNOWN.

Okay, I'd better get going,, just some thougts I wanted to share all because of the immeasurable eternal beauty of Jesus Christ in my life that shines

I do so want to be with Him

and have my sin nature gone...I keep telling Him 'thank you for loving me first'...what an awesome God he is! Many times I fail (more often than not) but I know His love for me doesn't change based on my behavior. I just want to be able to praise and worship Him in full expression.

And I wish with all my heart I could be totally rid of the flesh sin nature

when I think of how often one dominates wheb the other should be I just break

and even more astonishing is the fact Jesus still holds my heart in his hands and assures me I am still belonging

Here's another from Robin Mark. When I first repented, I grieved and grieved over the wasted years, forever lost, when I backslid. I do definitely grieve over my sin, because it becomes more every year, how deep and amazing the differences He makes in my heart and my mind.

BTW, are these the original lyrics? The words seem a little different from what i thought they should have been.
