    A Lesson From my Grandma

As some of you know, my beloved grandmother went Home at the end of February. One of the things included for the memorial service held at her retirement home was a mini autobiography which she wrote around 2003 & I want to paraphrase the story which she recounted. My grandfather had passed away rather suddenly the night before Christmas eve of 1998. It was sometime soon afterwards that she was feeling lonely & asked God where He was. She then remembered a verse in the Book of Isaiah telling about how God promised to be her husband. When she remembered that verse, she said that she never felt lonely again & was at peace.
Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth. Isaiah 12: 5
