Comparing the Antichrist (Beast) to Hitler and Napolean.

Maybe Chris can tackle that suggestion.

BTAIM, did you know that the Beast (Antichrist) will have many things in common
with both Hitler and Napolean?

Just to let you know, there were many well-meaning Christians 200 years ago who thought Napolean
was the Antichrist mentioned in the Bible.
Afterall, in 1812, Napolean dominated Europe, there were wars happening & breaking out around the world, not just Europe. There was a horrifyingly powerful earthquake along the Mississippi.
A terrifying comet seen in the skies.

Likewise, in 1939-1945 many Christians thought Hitler was the Antichrist.
Actually, both Napolean and Hitler have a lot in common with the coming Antichrist.

Napolean ruled France, first, but he was NOT born in France (Corsica was where he was born).
Hitler ruled Germany, first, but he was NOT born in Germany (he was born in Austria).
The coming Antichrist will rule three European kingdoms, first.
(but he will NOT be born in either)

Napolean Bonaparte failed to have a successor (offspring of his loins) take over his imperial throne.
Hitler failed to have a successor (offspring of his loins) take over his power.
The Antichrist will also fail to have an successor from his loins.

Napolean conquered most of Europe, failed to invade Britain, and invaded Russia.
Hitler conquered most of Europe, failed to invade Britain, and invaded Russia.
I believe the Antichrist will do likewise.

Napolean's troops carried out many atrocities.
Hitler's troops did likewise.
The Antichrist's troops will do worse.

Napolean started out as a corporal in the French army.
Hitler became a corporal too.
The Antichrist I believe will likewise hold that rank briefly.

Hitler and Napolean will pale in comparison next to the anti-Christ. The anti-Christ will be single in his early thirties. He will be clean cut, articulate, and charismatic. How do I know that? Well, the Jews are going to think of him as their long awaited saviour. The reason I say all of that is because satan imitates God so there can be confusion......then he'll lie enough to almost make sense to the unsaved....i.e. Cashless society. We're pretty much there on that and it won't be much longer before the chips are introduced. Scripture states he will perform signs, wonders, and come back from the dead. I have read that for this human being to come back from the dead, satan will inhabit the body, but I'm not certain of that, and in the overall scheme of things, that is God's department, not mine.

He will rise out of the ashes of the old Roman Empire, which was one of the largest empires in recorded history. You know, we cannot wrap our heads around the carnage and destruction. I still cannot visualize blood deep enough to reach a horses bridle.

Hmmm, It's been part of my plan to not be here when the AC shows up, and I've read all sort of speculation about where he comes from. But, since Satan is the imitator that he is, seems only fitting that he follows God's model and comes from the tribes of Israel.

Call me a wacko, but I'm trying to figure out how a possible Jew anti-Christ could soothe t he hate of the Arabs when the temple mount in Jerusalem is covered by a new Hebrew temple. Is it possible that the anti-Christ could be of Arab descent? Or even a Samaritan, possibly half Jewish and half Arab? Just a thought.
