You're not alone, pistache: people my age are also ignoring this as well, for whatever reason.

I like what this guy quoted from Warren:

"You don't have to see eye to eye, in order to walk hand-in-hand..."

You know what that leads to?

Walking down the broad road to HELL, hand in hand with a bunch of other people all heading the same way.

Looks like Rick forgot something; namely:

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?" (2 Corinthians 6:14-15)

Rick Warren is a "pied "piper" who is leading a lot of folks down a path that, quite frankly, makes me shudder to even consider. What is even worse is that these folks will be referring to The Purpose-Driven Life for their guidance rather than the book they SHOULD be going to: the Bible.

It's truly sad to see this in today's world. One more sign that our departure surely cannot be too far off.

I was listening to a Christian radio show about a year ago that was talking about how the patriarchs of the faith were passing on to their reward.The host asked the question of who would lead the church afterword-that is,who would pick up the mantel.Rick Warren was one such name mentioned.It's amazing that,at least from the inauguration on,Rick Warren has shown himself as someone to be cautious of.We should be greatful for the timing of that warning.
