The late Oral Roberts had a high opinion of himself (puffery),
but that alone would not qualify his 'church'/following to be a cult;
though I believe it is.

I had internet forum debates (on another site) with a lost soul from Oklahoma who
follows Oral Roberts' teachings.
One belief this poor fellow has is? He does NOT believe God was omniscient.
He believes God has limits to His ability.

Did Oral Roberts teach that blasphemous doctrine?
