    Default Wild Hair

    Ladies, I'm restless.
I want a change of some kind.
I was thinking of dying my hair red.

    Thoughts?
I've got Jesus in my heart, and He has me in His.

Go to a store where they sell wigs and try out various colors until you find
one with a shade of red that you really think looks good with your skin tone.
Then think about it for a while, if you're sure that you want to do it, then go
for it but don't be hasty.

Jesus, coming soon to a cloud near you.

I say DO IT!! Why not? It's just hair. Get a color that's deep red. A rich red. Not like I love Lucy red, more an deep auburn. That looks better for natural brunetts.

Actually, I colored my hair for many years, and a medium auburn looks completely natural with my complexion -- and freckles. :)

I think maybe I just need some personal pampering -- would God agree with that? I cater to mom, I cater to husband, I cater to boss, and nobody caters to me. :( Guess I have to do it myself. Maybe I'll just load my wheely walker into the truck and go shopping. I'd have to limit my purchases to whatever could fit in that little basket under the seat.

Go for it. Nothing wrong with a little Ms. Bobbie time at all. In fact, it's ordered, so go do it!
    Are we there yet?

Girl, my hair is dyed red, and I always make sure to keep it that way! You gotta take time out for yourself before you can take the time for others. Beware though....I once went to a salon for highlights, and spent more on just getting highlights than if I had just gotten my whole hair dyed! In the end, I don't think highlights are worth it since your roots show really quickly anyway.....

I think he would. I try to pamper myself
quite often to keep from burning out. As someone else said...go for it! 2:

I live with my adult son, and while he loves me, he's not going to pamper me. I've had to learn to do a little for myself once in awhile if I want to feel special. You have to value yourself in order to keep giving to other people, and that's what women typically do.2:
