Egyptian TV: 'Islam Will Conquer Italy and the Entire West'

MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute) has released a transcript of excerpts from a televised sermon given by Egyptian cleric Salem Abu Al-Futuh. Airing on Al-Nas TV on August 18, it features Al-Futuh’s confident predictions that Islam will take over the entire West, beginning specifically with Italy and ending with North and South America.

The transcript of Salem Abu Al-Futuh’s talk:

The nation of Islam will return – despite our current crisis and despite the arrogance of the West. The West is bound to be destroyed. Just like Allah destroyed the Byzantine and Persian empires, he will destroy the West at the hands of the Muslims. This is an unequivocal promise. These countries will convert to Islam. Islam will reach these countries.

… Let us examine the divine sequence: First, the Caliphate will return. Then, the Muslims will live in tremendous prosperity. The economy of the Muslims will be the strongest of all. You are probably thinking that I'm not well today if I say such things. By God, there's nothing wrong with me. I am speaking words of truth.

…Great conquests will ensue. We will conquer Italy… By Allah, we will conquer Italy. By Allah, we will conquer Italy and move into [the rest] of Europe. Islam will enter that entire region. Even America, you ask? Yes, even America. North or South America? Both North and South America. We will enter all these countries, and people there will be joining Islam in droves.

Al Nas TV is an Islamic religious channel in Egypt, providing Islamic programming for Muftis (Muslim scholars). Al-Futuh is a young, relatively unknown cleric, whose mentions on the internet appear to revolve solely around his above threat to capture Italy and the entire West. Similar threats are commonly made by other Muslim clerics, as widely documented by MEMRI and Palestinian Media Watch – yet do not cause the kind of international controversy spawned by recent prayers by Rabbi Ovadiah Yosef for the downfall of Jewry’s Arab enemies.

This is just propaganda by the Isalmists to keep their own believing the nonsense that comes from the mouths of those called "clerics" and imams". The West is not going to fall to Islam anymore than the Chinese will. Nobody in their right mind chooses such a backwards system of beliefs much less the entire Western world. By "Caliphate" he means the Ottoman Empire. This is exactly the same pronouncement "fatwah" that Osama bin Laden made when he declared war on the West. They feel that they have lived in shame ever since the breakup of the Ottoman Empire and feel that the whole of the Mediterranean belongs to Islam. As well, Islam teaches that the world belongs to Allah and should come under "submission" to Him.




With a choke-hold on the worlds major source of oil ("black gold") they feel they could accomplish that.

Don't be too sure bro, now those of us with faith will never fall to such a system, but most westerners hold nothing. They are, and I'm sad to say this, mere empty shells. They hold no values(other than materialism) they hold no morals, they are however petrified of Islam, atleast those that are willing to admit, and the other half that isn't willing to admit anything will not acknowledge the danger of the backward system of Islam. Look at the UK, they have no less than 46sharia courts, 46! I mean, that is just because they want to appease them. Most european leaders are that way, just give them your country so you are safe, and such. No the west is in dire need, because they have no ground beneath their feet. They turned their backs on God, they serve Satan, and as we know Satan and Allah are the same thing. So the transition of serving Materialism to serving Allah is just a small step. And then I'm not even taking into consideration the fact that the Arab nations gained a lot of influence in Europe in the 1970's in trade of Oil. In China we actually see things going the different direction, that is one place where people come to Christ at high rates apparently. Letting Islam control Europe would just be another fitting judgement tbh, but we'll see. Having said all of this, Islam will never conquer Europe through war, but don't forget that there are more ways to take over a country than to fight.

I know you're right, Kist, but only to a point. The sharia courts in Britain -- so far, anyway, only have authority over muslims. I tend to doubt that secular European women are all that much more modest than secular American women are, and Europe has lesbians too (muslims don't object to homosexual males, they just refuse to admit thats what it is). One serious difference in the US is that fondness for firearms and the willingness to use them. Doesn't work very well in the big city, but get outside the cities, and it can be a very different matter.

In fact, it really looks like as the muslims gain power, the AC may come up with some sort of solution that seems to appease the islam adherents, while allowing everybody else to do their thing too. I am certain the muslims will be a major catalyst in some way.
