Report: Crashed Iran Plane Had Bombs for Hizbullah - News Briefs - Israel National News

Report: Crashed Iran Plane Had Bombs for Hizbullah
    Reported: 09:20 AM - Aug/02/09

(IsraelNN.com) The deadly Iranian plane crash over two weeks ago which claimed 168 lives was caused by explosive devices that were being transported to the Hizbullah terror group, the English language Italian daily paper Corriere della Sera reported on Saturday. Based on unnamed Middle Eastern sources, the report said that 16 minutes after the plane took off from Tehran on its way to Armenia the pilot radioed for help. Shortly after the call the plane crashed just north of Tehran.

The report claimed that the plane was carrying a small number of two-kilogram explosive devices with electronic circuitry. The presence of explosive devices supports the testimony of eyewitnesses who said they heard explosions before the plane crashed. According to the sources, the explosive devices were being delivered to Armenia and then on to Turkey, Syria and finally Lebanon in order not to arouse suspicion.

Interesting. I wonder if this was just an accident or if it was the long hand of the Mossad in practice here??? We know that the terrorist groups are simply proxies for the Iranians. I'm glad those evil weapons did not reach their inteneded destination. Israel has some dark days ahead. Praying for Israel.

I was thinking the very same word "interesting". Didn't Hezbollah have an accidental explosion at one of their armories in southern lebanon in the last week or 2? Interesting

The Mossad is everywhere. Hopefully they were the ones who sabotaged that plane, but even if they didn't I'm glad the weapons didn't make it into the hands of the evil terrorists.

I agree. It is obvious to all the nations of the world that Iran is supplying weapons to Israel's enemies, yet no condemnation from the UN or anywhere. That pretty well explains it all, doesn't it?

Nothing seems to be able to be done to the Iranians diplomatically or politically to Iran as Russia and China stand in the way of serious sanctions being applied. These two have too many business connections to Iran and they won't stand to lose those economic benefit. It doesn't matter that Iran is a threat to the whole world, in the minds of the Russians and Chinese they are only thinking short-term. These two also like to see someone confront the West and Iran (Ahmadinejad) seems to always be willing to talk "trash" against the West.

I agree. Russia and China are both in business with Iran, and they are not going to do anything that will change that.
