China, Russia Sign $1B Nuke Deal, Condemn U.S. Missile Defense Plans

To me, this looks more and more like the beginnings of Gog Magog.


BEIJING — China and Russia jointly condemned a U.S. plan for a global missile defense system on Friday at the start of a highly symbolic visit by new Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

More specific than previous joint criticisms, the statement from Medvedev and Chinese President Hu Jintao objected to the installation of missile defense components in "some regions," an apparent reference to former Soviet bloc countries where the U.S. plans to deploy components of the system.

"The creation of global missile defense systems and their deployment in some regions of the world ... does not help to maintain strategic balance and stability and hampers international efforts in arms control and nuclear nonproliferation," Hu and Medvedev said.………………………

yup...the stage is being set, first Russia condemning the Missle Defense plans and now Russia AND China......

I thought that the US and Russia had talked out the difference on the missile defense system that was planed for parts of Europe. That Russia was satisfied with it was protection for missiles from the M.E.

Carl, from what I could gather, it seems like back on October 12th of last year, Vladimir Putin warned President Bush to back off plans for this global missile defense system in which part of it was slated for Eastern Europe. The meetings were with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates. Now fast forward to May 23rd of this year and now Russia and China have announced plans for a $1 billion nuclear cooperation deal that helps to strengthen Russia’s role as a supplier to China’s nuclear power industry while at the same time condemning the United States missile defense plans. It just seems like we are setting the table for some really bad things to happen like Gog Magog or possibly some really good things, depending on what side of the fence you are on. Either way, in my opinion, I think we are really close to the Rapture and to finally get the chance to see Jesus face to face.

Then Israel is their true target, due to Russia's close friendship with Imanotjob in Iran. So it's notso much the U.S.--prophetically speaking....for both of these countries have a prophetic date set with Israel in due time. But why they have a problem with our defense system, is totally beyond me.
