Just peepin in..... My husband LOVES cars. He just bought a Mustang. It's red and has stripes. It goes about a million miles per hour. I won't ride in it anymore. He wanted a Mustand Shelby. It cost tooo much.

When I met him almost 20 yrs ago he drove a 1957 chev. It was yellow with NO AIRCONDITIONER. I hated it.

He also bought a 1964 firetruck and converted it to a bucket truck for his job.

Oh! once we owned a schoolbus too... Don't know why?

    God bless you Sis;

I chews-off my nails pretty even.

Does that count as a manicure?

When my toe-nails get too long and start pokin' holes in my socks I jest get out the old angle grinder and takes them down flush...

This is my brother’s new toy. He had one in high school and now (MLC or his new girlfriend) he has another.

Just sold my 1926 Franklin sedan to a friend and bought a 1922 Overland touring car. MUCH more desireable body style! Also, it was exported to Australia when new and is right hand drive. Still has the New South Wales license plate!

LOL...I'm just the opposite. I used to drive cheapies. When I was a freshman in college, I had a ' 66 Chevy. This was in the mid 70s. It was so bad, it actually had NO NAME on it. Seriously. I never knew what it was other than a Chevrolet. And the name plate wasn't missing either. I think Chevy was so embarrassed it made it, it didn't name the vehicle. It looked just like a Chevelle--a muscle car, but it had a 196 cubic inch, 6 cylinder engine, two barrel carb. There was so much space under the hood, you could have kept a pet elephant in there! LOL It was standard shift-three on the tree. In the back (it was two door) behind the passenger seat, the floor board eventually rusted out. Which was kinda good--you could throw all your trash in the back and it would eventually disappear! LOL

I traded that for a '74 Vega around 1976 or 77--a sporty Spirit of America version. But the body rusted just sitting around. It was a four-banger, but had an "impressive" four speed on the floor. The battery died and I didn't replace the battery for about a year. I just made sure I parked on a bit of a hill and just popped the clutch! LOL

Love that muscle! I had a 67 camaro with a 327 muncie 6 speed in high school. Now my son is getting into it and bought a 65 Pontiac Lemans with a 326 hurst 4 speed. It needs some body work but everything is there even the interior, it's gonna be a sweet ride!

Default This vette has plenty of muscle for a smallblock

    http://videos.streetfire.net/video/1...2b0016aec7.htm

    Blue corvette left lane. :)

6.20ET @ 228 MPH WOW!!! That is almost unbelievable.

Chevy small block, 427 cubic inches, single turbo
6.20 second corvette. Andy Jensen set a national record for a street legal door slammer.

I have known Andy for a long time, he is a good neighbor. This is his web site www.jensensenginetech.com

Andy is the man to see, if you want a small block chevy engine to go fast.

And of course the good stuff.

The camaro is long gone, he sold it.

1968 Camaro Wheelie Car - Andy Jensen
car ran in the 8.30 second range at 185-186 MPH
Small Block Chevy 437 CID, single 1050 Holley Dominator carb. Pro Shot NOS fogger setup.

That is an old video... His current car does 6.20 in the quarter. .

    Andy Jensen's 6 second Vette runs 6.20

Same race as the streetfire video, different perspective.

Another race, looks as if the other guy blew up his engine or something happened, Looks as if he had Andy beat on the start.

The engine on the dyno is a big block chevy for either a customer or friend, possibly both.

    That is God given' talent.

I thought this video was a good one.
