    Default Getting to Sleep

    Hey!
    I wasn't sure where to post this, but I was wondering if you guys have any tips on getting to sleep and getting a good night's rest.
    Late last year, I had a hard time and then all of the sudden I could go to sleep no problem and wake up refreshed and I don't know what happened but the past week I can't seem to do that anymore.
    Any tips?

    Has anything changed about your lifestyle recently, that could be the cause of your sleeplessness? Are you getting plenty of exercise and decent food? Spiritual exercise and spiritual food being most important, of course...

    hmmm....well i started college after taking a semester off...
    Also actually now that you mention it, this week I have been doing none of those, 'cept for the decent food.

    about 10 years ago when i was in school i had an exam in geography
    i had to read 120 pages the day before
    i decided to do it in bed before going to sleep
    woke up the next morning with the book on my face
    it was on page 2

    Hahahaha I shouldn't laugh....
    anyway, I found out when I wrote this I was getting a really bad cold, so everything is better now

    Hi arapahoepark,
    Exercise regularly,
    Eat healthy and balanced food,
    Do not take nap in day timing,
    Go to bed early,
    Avoid alcohol,
    Don't eat anything 30 minutes before going to bed,
    Warm milk works for some people as it has amino acid and tryptophan.
