I John 3:1 says, "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therrefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew Him not."

We as born-again Christians do know the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior; therefore, we should share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with our loved ones and neigbors. Each soul the Lord rescues is one saved from the eternal lake of fire!
