I just wanted everyone to know that I absolutely DO NOT give any weight to this so called "Queen of Heaven.... Our Lady...or whatever title she is going by this week" at ALL!

But again the only reason I brought this subject up and worded it the way I did was so RC's would recognize what I was speaking about and if searching online hopefully they will land on these pages and come to know the truth.

Whatever appeared to me as a child at age 7 I know was not of God...whatever my friend saw around me that day was not my mother. I know it was satan and his demoms working to confuse my soul.

Well sorry to disappoint satan but he doesn't have me.....CHRIST does!

Actually in that respect I'm not sorry at all

Hi Saved by Jesus! I am also a former Catholic, now saved through faith along by grace alone in Christ alone.

I used to wonder the same thing as I reviewed some of these apparition messages. There are some obvious concerns emphasized in the messages along the lines of global unity and turning to Mary as mediator etc. But the messages about "my son" and pointing people to Jesus....they confused me as well.

Here is my theory. Catholics are conditioned to respond to "visual" stimuli...statues, visions etc, artwork etc of both "Mary" and "Jesus". As you know, it is almost always Catholics who are seeing pictures of "Mary" or "Jesus" in pancakes and toast and who knows what.

Now all of us know that no one actually knows what the biblical Mary or the biblical Jesus looked like. But Catholics are being conditioned in a variety of ways to respond to a pre-programmed concept of who Mary and Jesus are.

Fast forward to the end times. Now what would be the best way to convince Catholics and all those impressed with "signs and wonders" that the false Christ is really who he says he is? Well one way is to have a "Mary", that looks just like the apparitions and statues, tell everyone that He is her son.....or another scenario might include both "Mary" and "Jesus" standing with the AC and confirming that all should believe what He says because He represents them in some manner. i am sure that would fool most everyone....

I do think the "Mary" apparitions will play a key role in the end times deception. So the fact that the apparitions are talking about unity and reinforcing the idea of turning to her son, indicate to me that she will used to point people to a false Jesus. I am sure it will be very, very convincing. I know I would have fallen for it if I didn't have the Holy Spirit or if I didn't know the scriptures......

Pegmo that is a most interesting analogy and I truly believe what you are saying, as it really hits the nail on the head.

There is NO DOUBT in my mind these apparitions are all part of Satan's master plan to create the perfect dillusion in the form of this false mary who has clearly displayed "signs and wonders" to fool those who buy into the RCC traditions.

It is so sad because you see such a devotion to this demon and if only the Roman Catholics gave that same devotion to our Lord....Jesus Christ who should be their #1 focus.

It's really one big mess with Satan loving every minute of it.

You know its a double whammy with Catholics.

If they held to scripture as their authority, we could point them to Timothy where it is very clear that there is only one mediator between God and man - Jesus Christ.

But, as you know, they tend to hold to extra-biblical "experience" and "tradition" over The Word, and therefore its hard to have an impact without lots and lots of prayer.

If they had a right idea of who Jesus Christ is and that His work on their behalf is finished and sufficient, they wouldn't be looking so hard for something else to confirm their relationships with God......its very, very unfortunate. But nothing is impossible with God!

I honestly think this as well....that is truly the way their churches are presented too...all you have to do is walk in any Catholic church to see the most ornate statues, sculptures, altars and stained glassed windows and realize that this is all part of the "hook".

If someone didn't know any better they would feel as if they were really in God presence there as it comes across so "holy" but again that is the big lie.

Before I was saved we had visited Montreal, Quebec ( I was about 38 at the time) and if most of you don't already know Montreal is predominantly Catholic, but in walking inside the the Notre Dame Bascillica there.....the church at first glance is beyond beautiful on the inside.....statues galore....dark and erie....the wood carvings and gold altars, the sides lined with the most ornate looking confessionals... ....AGAIN that was my first impression back then.

However I wasn't really seeking back then....while I wasn't a practicing Catholic I wasn't against it either at the time. I remember it bringing tears to my eyes the sheer beauty of it.

Not anymore however........now the only tears entering a place like that it would bring would be tears of saddness for how lost those who attend there really are.

What I also find interesting is in how midieval Catholic churches come across. With all the chanting going on, incense being used and rituals taking place in there and prayers to the dead, it seems like the perfect vehicle for Satan and the so called new age movement as well.

Ironically allot of mediums, those who practice Wicca, and are into the occult (which I despise with a passion) draw into many of the same principles and embrace the ritualistics practices of the Catholic church. That alone should give people enough reason to pause.

The other thing that always got to me and even now is that for the most part you still see priests and nuns always wearing BLACK??

You'd think if they were so saintly and god-like that BLACK would be the last color they would use....wouldn't white be more appropriate??

It shouldn't be too difficult to realize that the RCC, whiile it is a church in its own right, it's clearly not a place of worship directed at our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ but rather all part of Satan's most sinister plan.

    What a terrible smokescreen.
