Judge Rules Obama Must Prove Presidential Eligibility In Georgia Courtroom On Thursday

For those who have waited 3 years for a judge to finally rule that Barack Hussein Obama must prove that he is legally and Constitutionally qualified to run for or serve as President of the United States, the day may have come at last.
For on Friday, Georgia State Office of Administrative Hearings Judge Michael Malihi ruled that subpoenas demanding the presence of Barack Obama in his Georgia courtroom on January 26^th along with the original form of his Hawaii birth certificate and information on his myriad Social Security numbers will remain in force.
Obama ‘s attorney Michael Jablonski had filed a motion to quash those subpoenas, arguing if Obama were made to answer questions before the court it would “…[require] him to interrupt duties as President of the United States…” (1)


It was also Obama’s claim that “presidential electors and Congress, not the State of Georgia, hold the Constitutional responsibility for determining the qualifications of presidential candidates.” (1)
Well Judge Malihi did not agree with Obama’s arguments that the laws of the State of Georgia were somehow irrelevant to the process, or that his presence in the court would materially interfere with his ability to discharge the duties of his office.
In his decision to allow the subpoenas to remain in force, Malihi wrote, “…Defendant (Obama) has failed to cite any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is ‘unreasonable or oppressive, or that testimony…is irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party’s preparation or presentation at the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced.’ ” (2)
In short, as Judge Malihi so eloquently put it, “”Defendants motion to quash is denied.” (2)
The process before Judge Mahili began when a number of Georgia residents filed 3 separate lawsuits demanding that Barack Obama provide evidence of having met State of Georgia election law requirements before being placed on the ballot. Malihi agreed with the plaintiffs, quoting in his ruling Georgia law which states “…every candidate for federal office shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.” (3)
In that ruling, Mahili stated “the court finds that the defendant (Barack Obama) is a candidate for federal office who has been certified by the state executive committee of a political party and therefore must, under Code Section 21-2-5, meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.” (3)
Though Obama has managed to ooze his way out of legal responsibilities and requirements in the past, this time it really might be a bit thick for the acting president. Even the radically leftist Southern Poverty Law Center has decided to weigh in, giving vent to a typically childish attack of spleen in its “Hatewatch” column no less, where it snivels “…Malihi’s decision has been heralded far and wide as a defining moment for those who have hounded Obama about his lineage.” (4)
Apparently demands that Barack Hussein Obama actually abide by the laws of the land and the Constitution of the United States make for a clear case of “hounding” to an organization known to file suit at the drop of a conservative hat.
Here’s hoping Judge Malihi’s courtroom turns liberal petulance to leftist rage on January 26^th. For Malihi’s ruling that day will determine whether or not Barack Hussein Obama may be certified by the Democrat Party to appear on the Georgia ballot in November. And as the Liberty Legal Foundation explains it, “without such a certification from the Party, Obama will not appear on any ballot in the 2012 general election.” (5)

This will just cause the media, Hollywood, the music industry, and all the rest to cry racism. You'll likely hear, "Well, Georgia IS a southern state, why should we be suprised by the blatant racism." Fact is from what I learned in school one has to be a natural born citizen to be the president of the United States, naturalization isn't enough. Though I think there tends to be some confusion between being naturalized and being natural born. All he and his regime, er administration has to do is produced the documents many have asked for and this could all be cleared up. Simply put, if he was ineligible then he should not be President. It really is that simple.

Obama only got in becaue our Sovereign Lord allowed him to become President.

If this Judgement stands. It seems that God has now decided Obama doesn't get a chance at a second term.

God is ultimaltgely Sovereign, no one person can rise to power on Earth that the Lord has not allowed them to do so.

Oh I know, but I have to agree that Biden probably wouldn't have as much of a chance in an election as Obama. I just don't know who I think is the best choice YET for this elecion year. I've been praying and I'll do so some more. Though after watching the last State ot the Union address all I could think was, wow we really are in campaign mode. It was SO obvious.

I was listening to talk radio on my way home from work, and they were discussing this. I also saw something on televsion about this too later on this evening. Some interesting points were brought up.

For starters does this mean that all presidential candidates will have to get approved by the various states? What margin will thay have to approved by to be the candidate? They did mention that this will return at least some power to the states, and the people which I agree is good. Now I guess the federal government could just ignore this and claim jurisprudence over the whole affair. They also brought up President Obamas records being sealed, which to be honset is strange for someone getting elected on promising transparency in the government when they took over. Though honestly both parties have had their fair share in that too.

They also brought up the idea that the Democrats just gave the President a blanket authorization. Though as far as I know is and has been the way things have been run. Hmm, but it does beg the question of their trustworthiness if they did go to such lengths to get someone who wasn't really qualified/authorized to be president. If he wasn't/isn't actually legally eligible to be President then he should not be holding the office, though this goes for anyone.

Could this be used as a power grab? I don't know and I hate to speculate on such a topic, as no man knows the future and certainly not me. Considering some of the other things that have been used in the past for some of the power grabs in the past, well it is possible. Not sure how this will turn out, and I certainlu hope and pray this isn't something that will lead to large scale violence, or really any violence at all.

Again I hate to speculate but tensions are actually higher than I have seen them in quite some time. Though I do know others on this board might very well have been through other similarly tense periods in America's history. But this country is as divided as I have ever seen it, and I do believe we would all agree that a house divided against itself cannot stand. Heh, most people attribute that quote to President Lincoln, but they almost never bring up where he got that from.

I supose the thing that will be brought up in defense of the president is that the people against him are racist. I don't know about anyone else here, but frankly the only people that keep bringing up the color of President Obama's skin are the Democrats. And frankly I think a least some people were suprised at some of the things he was done since he took office as many I know voted for him simply because he was black. Isn't voting for someone solely based on the color of their skin just as racist as NOT voting for someone based on the same criteria?

As far as President Obama's faith, well he does say he is a Christian. However I was listening to a commentator on talk radio; and an expert on Islam, who said that Obama was brought up as a Muslim and not one person has ever come forward to claim that he ever left Islam and became a member of any Christian denomination. Of course anyone can claim that they are a Christian, but anyone can claim this and continue on their sinful ways. Just going through the motions doesn't actually do the job. Had a friend at work say he heard of one guy who claimed he was a Catholic AND an atheist. The reason he claimed this was because he said all he had to do to be a Catholic was go through the motions. Though to be honest this could be said for anyone of any denomination. Again, saying and believing/doing are two completely different things.

And finally I know things weren't all peachy when former President Bush was in office, but they have NOT gotten better, and in fact from most of what I have seen things have gotten worse. I do have a question for ardent supporters of our current President. When does this President; the current sitting President, get to take responsibility for what is going on? I said that to a coworker and she looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my forehead. She voted for Obama, so I wasn't really suprised by that reaction.

After literally hundreds of unsuccessful challenges in courts across the land, not one so-called "legal argument" has been upheld. It should now be obvious that the way to get rid of Obama is by the ballot box, not the court house. The only person who is getting anything out of the cases is Orly Taitz. After four careers by age 50 (professional real estate broker, dentist, lawyer, and author), Orly has finally found something that makes her famous and gets her lots of money. She is the spearhead of numerous conspiracy theories on the web and has managed to stitch together a number of disparate anti-government US elements. As a former citizen of the communist Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic, I am surprised some anti-communist group hasn't begun to wonder if her purpose in all this is not to help the Communists create civic unrest in America to bring about the conditions for a new revolution. She seems to be doing a very good job.
