    Default Oprah's Announcement

Oprah announced today that her show will be ending after 25 seasons. All I have heard on the news today are people that are practically crying based on this announcement. One person was interviewed and was shown as saying, " I don't know what I will do without Oprah's guidance on my everyday issues and I will miss her immensely" As most of you know, Oprah has taught on the multiple ways to salvation other than just the believing in Christ. I personally think it is sad that so many have chosen to put their faith in Oprah rather than on God. What are your thoughts?

It's not a personal thing that she has sadly been leading masses to a Christless eternity. She has been public with her false doctrine and so it is not a "private" matter to take lightly.

I like Oprah as a person with great charisma and spark and she is sincere. But, sincerity never saved anyone. Your "intentions" might be good but so were Sauls when He was rounding up Christians before He was saved. He had such Zeal-Philippians 3:2-6. I always think of a quote by whom I don't know. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions".

Anyways, I pray that she will come to the saving knowledge of the truth because Jesus made it very clear you have to be "born again" to go to heaven...The kind of faith that gets you to heaven is the kind that requires a new birth and Jesus is your supreme treasure.

Long ago she was raised to know the real meaning of salvation, according to Oprah herself. Once she started worshipping at the alter of big money and giving ear to the Eckert Tolles of the world she fell off the wagon. I think it's pitiful that people look to her for guidance rather than Christ and God's Word and God himself. Speaks volumes about today's minds, particularly women.

I don't see Oprah any different to any other liberal entertainer we have them in this country. The tragic thing about this is people do place a high esteem on people like Oprah and tend to take their word as Gospel.
We have an Archbishop in this country who is supposed to be the head of the Church of England, if he doesn't preach the Gospel message and has mentioned the Word of God, the Bible, to be a half truth, with fables, then what chance is there for anyone? He is supposed to stand for God in this Godless country
