Adrenaline - we never really hear or say much about it. Is it a good thing ?
This subject came to mind while I was cutting grass. I have some music on my MP3 player that I used to listen to while at the gym. I will admit - its not Christian - but it gets the adrenaline going...something that is vital at the gym.
How else can you get your adrenaline up for something like a good work out with out mind blowing music ?
Sometimes after watching moto racing I feel like going for a good long fast ride.![]()
I know adrenaline can get some people in trouble but how we get that adrenaline going raises the question for me.
Your thoughts ?![]()

With young kids and anxiety, I've had to tone down my athletic and adventurous ventures.
Metal was my drug of choice as a kid - maybe some more detox is needed ?
