See, I thought is was my computer. I tried and tried to get into different threads and kept getting the same page. So I decided to restart my computer and see if I had a problem after that. I got busy, then had to leave for church for a few hours, got home and had a million things to do. Finally, I open my computer a few mintues ago to see if the restart fixed the problem. Lo and behold...rapture forums came up and worked. I wondered what could have happened to my computer to make the restart work.

Thanks for fixing the real problem Chris, guess my restart didn't do all that much afterall.

Like some of you, I thought it was user error also at first. Did the whole delete cookies, restart thing. Since I could log on but not post, I thought for just a minute that maybe mattfivefour had banned me or something and that was a site they redirect those banned to,

From what little checking I did on that hackers site, they're a real theological mess. I pray that the Lord gets a hold of them and opens their eyes to the truth of Jesus Christ.

It also proves that someone is taking notice of RF and felt challanged by the Truth of the Gospel and Gods Word that is spoken of freely here, keep it up everyone. If your hated by the world for loving and following Jesus, then your in great company because they hated Him first!

Since so many of you prayed for Chris, the mod team, and all those involved with RF, how about a prayer for this lost individual(s).

Father, I am eternally grateful for the Grace and Mercy that you have shown me, I ask that you would convict the hearts of the lost with the truth of your Word. May they repent and recieve the gift of salvation that your Son bought and paid for with His precious blood. I ask this in the name of Jesus, Amen

I also wanted to report that I'm still seeing a couple of bad links on the main Forum entry page. I know there are more ways than one to access the forum content. I think a newcomer may be more than likely to hit this issue, than a veteran of the forums.

Here's the step I'm using to see the problem:

1) visit http://raptureforums.com/forum/forum.php
2) then under the section titled: "Bible Prophecy and End Times Events" press either the "Breaking News & World Events" or "Israel & Middle East News" sub-forum links... and you'll still be redirected away to another site.

All of the other links I pressed appear to be back to normal.

Ragamuffin, clear your browser cache, close your browser and then re-open it. There will be no more bad links. The problem is that your browser has cached the old, hacked, page info.

I did get a chance to see portions of the site that I had left unexplored before. I also got to speak with someone in the chat room for the first time. Kinda had AOL flashbacks for a while.
