On WND site today there is a video of Ray Comfort talking with at man who is Christian. The title of the video is Tusks in his Nose, Jesus in his Heart. (I'm not sure how to put the link or video here, so if anyone knows please insert it to help others.)
After I listened to the video, I read the comments and am a little confused by comments from Christians. I was under the impression that when a person submits their heart to the Lord, they become HIS slaves. He calls us to separate ourselves from the world, I would think so that other would see our witness for Him. If I was going down the street I would never guess this man was a Christian. Also, what these comments were saying in essence is that we can do whatever we want as long a we give our hearts to the Lord. So if a young woman dressed like a prostitute before she was saved she can still dress like that because she has Jesus in her heart? Whould it be OK to go into a bar, drink alcohol and witness to others about the need for Christ?
I guess the really grieving thing is that God spent a lot of time giving us the Bible to help us live a set apart life so that others would KNOW we were His, but people who call Him their Lord just push it aside and do whatever they want.
