Just read an article in the temple institute website that its coming up to 25th anniversary for them and they are thinking if I have read it properly that they will see the temple built this generation.

The third temple already exists! It's cornerstone and its foundation was laid 2,000 years ago and it is still under construction. However it is nearing completion, which will be any day now.
