    Default An experience.

Hello brothers and sisters. I had an experience this morning while I was in prayer id like to share with you all and see if yall have experienced this or have i lost it. I was praying this morning before I left for work and all of a sudden i felt like i was floating and rising up through my house and i could see the morning sky and i saw a bright warm light it was not like the sun but different and warm and comforting. so my question is have i lost it?

That I don't know, bro. But I have in my life had a couple of visions while in prayer, so I would not be too quick to dismiss what happened to you as "losing it". I don't know what it meant, but it sounds to me like a tiny foretaste of the Rapture! A wee little glimpse of that wonderful moment when we all shall be caught up.

At the very least you experienced a graphic touch of the comforting presence of the Light of the World.

No, Sean, you haven't lost it. I find that interesting, because the Holy Spirit was so strong on me around 9 or 9:30 am this morning that I thought the Rapture was about to happen. Makes me wonder whats going on with the Peace Talks this morning... That and how close we really are to the Rapture.

I would advise going into prayer when you get a clean chance and asking the Lord to reveal to you what that was about. If anything odd ever happens, call on Jesus Name and ask if its His will, thats always a good idea when in doubt.

Sean, I had a very similar experience the night I gave my heart to Christ. He made Himself so real to me at that moment that no one on earth or any principality would ever be able to shake my faith in God. Shortly after I surrendered to ministry. It just sounds to me like it quite possibly could be an annointing for some purpose that the Lord is preparing you for.

God bless you and Praise be to Him!

I had a somewhat of a similar experience a few months ago. It happened after my evening prayer, while I was already in bed. For a couple moments I felt like I was literally pulled up into the air, and I felt my body all energized, like every molecule within me was changing. While this was happening I knew it was the Rapture, and it felt awesome knowing I was going home. So yeah, maybe God sends some of us glimpses of things to come from time to time.
