Was watching a Media show last night on tele, about what Obama is doing and what he is trying to do over the past week, quite hysterical really as our Aussie reporter was talking to a US Journo, and our guy was trumping up Obama to no end and what he is doing, then the US Journo said yes and on the Second day HE created the Heavens and the Earth, this is incredible how some view this man, like he is "God".

Obama's World Tour was planned as the high point
of his campaign, with the candidate retracing the footsteps of great presidents of the past, hobnobbing with world leaders and as one pundit put it, "making the Europeans love us again."

Obama drew huge crowds in Berlin where he addressed them, oddly enough, as "fellow citizens of the world." It was a typically flowery Obama speech, but it hit an unexpectedly sour note when he dramatically intoned:

"People of Berlin – people of the world – this is our moment. This is our time. ... With an eye toward the future, with resolve in our hearts, let us remember this history, and answer our destiny, and remake the world once again."

Pundits on both sides are trying to sort it out. It's a great speech, like I said, if somebody is running for president of the world, but it was too much, even for a compliant and Obama-friendly press corps.

The politically "progressive" newspaper of record, the Washington Post nicknamed Obama the "presumptuous nominee" after his European performance.

It's even worse over here. Nearly all the TV news, except Fox, and print media, as well as all public radio are fawning over this man, who frankly has done nothing lasting yet. But his rhetoric is quite menacing to Americans who value our hard fought freedoms in light of his administration's promises of enslaving us to Obama's vision of governmental controls.

Don't know if you all have seen this site: Is Barack Obama the Messiah? This site represents how some people are misplacing their hope and belief on Man instead of on God.) Psalm 146:3-4 says, "Do not put your trust in princes, Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help. His spirit departs, he returns to his earth; in that very day his plans perish."

It's alarming, yes, but also strangely fascinating to watch people be so deceived. It's truly a sign of the times we live in.

Mika, I know what you mean. I've been a believer my whole lief and I just really have a hard time grasping how people can be so easily deceived. I really just don't get it.

I bloused down through the web site the LbyinChrist shared and, all I can say is, my heart felt heavy and hurt. I'm sure there were some who felt the same regarding Ronald Reagan. And, probably some felt the same in regards to the Bush father/son presidents. But, all the "hype" is, well, like I said, a heart ache. Some, completely unbelievable...

Can see why you feel that way MikeD, he sure is letting you down, how apologizing to everyone for Americas past, seems like he is saying I am not American therefore I have to apologize as their Prez.
Just how many Immigrants speak English when they arrive? we have them here all the time, can only say the necessities, Like How do I get on Benefits, just kidding. They do have hello and a few phrases learnt on the Tele, but they have to go to School to learn English, to say sorry for those Ignorant Americans is shameful and an insult to all those that go overseas.
Just glad it is not our Leader selling us down the drain to Islamic Nations and any US antagonists.
Keep the Faith strong as all is in hand, God will bring his Judgement against him and his supporters, esp the Media, they can't see they are supporting Satans workers of Iniquity. Fortunately for Americas sake you have some very strong Christian Faith and belief. As a song goes, " Bind us together Lord with cords that can not be Broken".
