I noticed this as well when I was trying to share the story. I couldn't find any substantive reporting on any MSM site.

There is some encouragement to this story. The fact that so many Americans flocked to Chick-fil-a tells me that there are many who seem to agree with God's values. The way that un-Godly values are promoted by the media/government would make one think that a great majority of America is bent this way. It just might be that those who love God and His ways may be more than we think. If anything this situation will certainly expose people's hearts and where they stand.

I hear all the time that something like 80% of Americans are Christians, yet Christian values are nowhere to be found in our society. Watching people lined up for hours to support Chick Fil A really showed the strength we could have in this country, if we stand behind our Biblical values, in every avenue of our lives.

I was very surprised at this gal's response (the muslim representative), she sounded surprisingly liberal. I appreciated what the Rabbi had to say.

As far as the original question: Was hate behind Chick-fil-A appreciation day?, it's my impression that sheer hunger for good eats may have also played a part in the turnout.

I would dearly love to watch Ms. Mohiuddin take her message of support for gay marriage to the Islamic state of her choice. For instance how about the "liberals" in the new Libya? At best she would be dragged off the podium and physically thrown out and at worst they would drag her into the street and stone her.

Man, I could really go for a Chicken Bisquit right now, oh and a fountain diet Dr. Pepper. I don't know what they do to that food to make it all taste so good, but boy is it good.

My kids always say "Mom's food is so good, because it is made with love". Perhaps that is what is behind the intense yumminess of Chick Fil A...not hate, but LOVE.
