Father Puts Baby In Washing Machine! - YouTube

Now these were not the parents of the kid, just the sitter and her male "friend"

Now from what I understand the kid was not seriously injured...

The only question I have is "what in the world would possess you to stuff a toddler into a washing machine in the first place?"

Backround information on the machine in question:

It appears to be a Maytag industrial front loader and the only time the door locks is when you insert the change and have already slecected the wash cycle and hit the Start button. There are no e-stop accessable to the customer and the attendant went behind the machine and unpluged it or hit the e-stop. This turned the machine off and disangaged the door lock. All front loaders will lock the door as it completes the seal and prevents the door from being opened in mid use and water spilling out or serious injury. On consumer grade machines, pressing the start button again while the machine is in use will typically cause the machine to stop, drain, and unlock the door.

Edit:

Thank God that the kid was not seriously injured
