U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency head warns of Iranian attack
emailed to me today from Dr. Mike Evans...

Lt. Gen. Ronald Burgess, director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, has issued a grim warning to the Senate Armed Services Committee regarding Iran’s ability to strike the U.S. and other targets with advanced missiles. U.S. forces in the Middle East, including those stationed in Afghanistan, Bahrain, and Kuwait are within range of Iranian missiles right now, and Iran is quickly developing even longer range weapons.
Commenting on the general’s briefing, RAND Corporation analyst Alireza Nader said, "Iran does have missiles capable of hitting U.S. facilities in the Persian Gulf, and notably, in Afghanistan, and it is known to be in development of long-range missiles that could reach Eastern Europe. It has a pretty robust missile program."

Of course, the greatest target for Iran’s missiles, which it hopes to soon equip with nuclear warheads, is the nation of Israel. Today there are more than 200,000 missiles aimed at the Jewish state. War is growing closer with every passing minute, and soon it will be too late to prevent Iran from building nuclear weapons.

We have a very short window of opportunity to do our part to deliver Israel from destruction. The Jerusalem Prayer Team is conducting a special campaign between now and Purim (the celebration of God’s deliverance of His Chosen People in the days of Esther) to help the Jewish people. I’m asking you today to join us in the countdown to Purim as we do our part to deliver Israel from destruction.
