I'm sorry...how in the world do you make that kind of a mistake? Rainy days or not, you mean to tell me no one was on duty that day and didn't noticed a very low hanging bridge? Thought somebody had to steer the boat?

So glad no one got hurt. I can only imagine the close heart attacks a few folks might've had once they realized just how close they came to a personal meeting with the water.

Hope they don't have "cut-rate insurance". That bridge is gonna need several tons of bondo.
