A federal appeals court has lifted a ban on public prayer at a Texas high school graduation, the Associated Press is reporting.
The ruling, by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, reverses a lower court that sided with an agnostic family who sued the Medina Valley Independent School District, in Castroville.
The ruling means students and the audience can say "amen" at Saturday's graduation ceremony.Prayer
