    Yea, those 'rich' mothers don't need $500 from the government.

    They only need to 'pay' for those 'poor' mothers' babies through 'taxes.'. .

    Another (misguided) incentive for people that can't afford to have kids in the first place to produce even more of them. Tragic.

    I honestly don't believe this. When is the ENTITLEMENT mentality going to end???

    Want to encourage people to save? REDUCE THEIR TAX BURDEN TO ALLOW THE MONEY TO DO SO!!!! Also, offer further tax deductions for any additional savings families make. Pays for itself, drives the economy, and ENCOURAGES people to save! NOT "LEAN ON ME" mentality!

    Cradle to the grave, we're getting there faster and faster...
