The Obama administration isn't adequately vetting important presidential appointees. When it was exposed that former "green jobs czar" Van Jones believed in crazy conspiracies about the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, it was questionable whether anyone had even bothered to Google individuals before they received presidential appointments. In that case, the White House strategy was to refuse to answer questions and hope interest faded away. That approach worked for most of the media, which carried water for President Obama's scandal-plagued pick. Stonewalling scandal is not what Americans were expecting from an administration that promised to usher in an "unprecedented level of openness in government." Instead, a pattern of presidential obfuscation is developing.

For more than a 1 1/2 weeks now, The Washington Times has tried unsuccessfully to get the Obama administration to answer questions about the controversies surrounding Kevin Jennings, the president's "safe schools czar." On Wednesday, Mr. Jennings released a five-sentence statement regarding his knowledge about the sexual abuse of a high school sophomore named Brewster when he was a teacher at the teenager's school. After repeated denials and backpedaling, Mr. Jennings finally halfheartedly admitted this week that perhaps covering up sex between an adult and a high school student might not have been totally appropriate. "I can see how I should have handled this situation differently," he said.

Now it get's worse, here's more:

[I]The tale gets even more troubling. At a conference for the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, Mr. Jennings stated, "One of the people that's always inspired me is Harry Hay." The late Hay was a "gay-rights" activist most notorious for supporting the North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA). In 1983, speaking in support of NAMBLA, Hay claimed: "f the parents and friends of gays are truly friends of gays, they would know from their gay kids that the relationship with an older man is precisely what 13-, 14-, and 15-year-old kids need more than anything else in the world."

REALLY! Is that what gay kids need? To be sodomized by older men? REALLY?? Maybe according to Satan! And Obama's, Kevin Jennings, Department of Education's "safe" schools projects Czar, praises NAMBLA.

I heard one prophecy teacher say tht scripture reveals that when a nations courts upholds homosexual acts, and such acts begin to be carried out on the innocent, is when God steps in and judges the nation. If he's correct in his interpretation, we won't be around much longer. There are probably places in this nation right now as bad as Sodom and gomorrah.

However, I think it has become apparent the president has surrounded himself with like-minded people, they aren't there "by chance". Plainly put, obama is radical - look at his past, what little we know of it, that is. Even his church affiliation was radical with the so called rev. wright, luis farakan, nation of islam, the guy who bombed places, I can't think of this name, Acorn, it goes on an on. His czars are radical, self-appointed by obama without advice and consent of the senate. He has successfully by-passed the constitution, and has been allowed to do so. What you describe is actually the stage of the Roman Empire prior to it's fall in the western leg. Historian Polybius attributed the fall of ancient Rome to pedophilia progressed from rampant homosexuality among aristocrats. During the reign of Justinian, homosexuality and bestiality were acceptable as Roman entertainment.

However, many historians, including Edward Gibbon, in "The Decline and Fall of The Roman Empire", suggest that the fall of Rome was assured only when the depravity of Roman society transcended to the military’s legions, where such self-indulgences replaced disciplines that made Rome’s legions so formidable. Moral corruption of the legions left the people unprotected from the crude armies that ultimately sacked Rome.

Seems like there's a passage in Daniel that describes the Anti-Christ (or maybe the false prophet) and seems to imply that he's swishy (that is, homosexual). It describes the fellow something to the effect he "shuns the affection of women" or reads something similar like that.

I think homosexuality is more indicative of the abandonment of God--or His turning His face away from us. Ever since 1962, when our Supreme Court took out any references to God (prayer) out of schools--look at the rapid decline in our country. In other words, turned our country over to what it desires--death and from His protection.

Homosexuality didn't start to being looked at as "cool" until the early and mid-70's--just about the time we started "our children's blood lust for the worship of Mollock (read: Abortion)". This was about the time period when you'd start seeing Hollywood portraying Homosexuals as really "cool" people and non-threatening. Just "average everyday folks" but with chiffon. The previous decade, homosexuality was looked upon with disdain--as a character flaw. A person who was engaged in perversion and not in control of their faculties.

The "disco" scene was a hidden and subtle celebration and reinforcement of homosexuality and an open approval of "Hey, if it feels good, do it". Queen, note the name of the group, was popular and Village People (their costumes reflecting the homosexual gay bar environment of San Francisco) were openly homosexual. And they have music "I like", so that life style must be ok.

Thus, I believe that the prevalence and acceptance of homosexuality is both indicative of God's abandonment and judgment. From a court room perspective, we're just now hearing the verdict from the Judge. The sentencing is coming.

Sin and the embracing of sin is nothing more than a confirmation of the abandonment of God. Giving a nation or an individual up to their desires. For God to leave or turn His back on this country is both abandonment and judgment. And those of us who grew up in the 60's can see this all so clear compared to our society/culture today.

It so saddens me that we, as a nation, have let our Father down. And turned our backs on Him. It's embarrassing. Please forgive us, Father.
