I work with a dear, Christian lady who is my parent's age. (In fact, she is two weeks older than one of my parents and two weeks younger than the other).

My dad just sent this FINAL (we are trusting and praying) update concerning my mom's foot surgery:

Mom got her stitches out today; 12 per toe. (Actually one stitch with 12 loops per) The pins and screws stay in and go with her into eternity. She can now bathe the foot freely but must wear the boot for two more weeks; she goes back for a final check then.
