I SHOULD HAVE gotten this request in earlier, BUT...my wife's grandmother, Frances, who is 77 or 78, is having her pacemaker replaced this afternoon (Friday), roughly between 1 and 2 PM, EDT. This was supposed to have been done @ 3 days ago, but when they "opened her up," they found a pocket of infection around the existing pacemaker. They've been treating the infection, and, assuming it is gone when they "re-open" her, they plan to replace the existing pacemaker this afternoon.

Please pray that,
1) The infection IS gone,
2) That the operation goes well, with no complications of any kind, and,
3) That she recovers quickly from the surgery.
